This totally rebuilt ground-floor three bedroom is perfect for the family with kids - one king-size, one queen-size, two full-size. The large duel-level pool with shallow section waterfalls that flow into the even larger deep pool, is like you have seen in advertising of the expensive get-a-ways in the tropical islands.
This is a true ground-floor unit. No need to use stairs or elevator, no need to walk all the way around the building. Just walk right out your 20 feet of sliding glass doors and jump in the pool, walk on the beach, or lay in the warm Alabama sun. Plus you have your own pool side storage for fishing or pool stuff.
Summer House resort is one of the most popular places on the beach. Full-time security and gated entrance will give you the safe-and-sound feeling of home. Staying at this place is one of the reasons you go to work.

Your outside deck on the ground floor is the entire front yard. You really will not believe it until you see it.
Six community charcoal grills are on the property and available on a first come basis, but because of fire codes, charcoal and gas grills are not allowed on the decks.
