Clear Water Cove Lakehouse is nestled on 3 lakefront acres surrounded by an abundance of Ozark wildlife and trees. Enjoy our million dollar view from our top back deck. The house is approximately 100 ft from the lake. This beautiful newly remodeled home was completed May of 2008. In the main house you will find a full Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large dining area, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 rock wood burning fireplaces, living area with regulation pool table, TV, DVD, gas grill on the upper deck and a 6 person private hot tub on the lower deck. The garage apartment located next to the house has a 1-bedroom, full bath, with kitchenette and den with sleeping accommodations. The lakehouse is supplied with bed and bath linens to accommodate 14 people. All you need to bring is personal toiletries. The kitchen has been accommodated with all necessary cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave and electric juicer and is located on the top floor of the house with the dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bottom floor contains a large two sink master bath with jacuzzi tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms and a game room that includes the regulation pool table. A utility room contains washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The interior of the Clearwater Cove Lakehouse offers a modern relaxing vacation environment for you and yours, with its newly designed amenities done by an enterior designer. During your stay you can enjoy the million dollar view of Beaver Lake from the deck, swim in crystal clear freshwater, ski, fish, wakeboard, or simply take in the breath taking views offered by beautiful Beaver Lake. Your fun isn't limited to just the lake, there are rivers, riding stables, shopping, restaurants, and the finest live shows the Ozarks have to offer minutes away. The lakehouse is non-smoking on the inside, smoke outside but keep your butts in an ash-tray. There is a strict no-pet policy neither in or outside the house, violations of these aforementioned policies will result in an additional $200 dollar clean-up fee as well as eviction from property without refund for remaining reservation monies.
