Clear Water Cove Lakehouse is nestled on 4 lakefront acres surrounded by an abundance of Ozark wildlife and trees. The house is approximately 100 ft from the lake.the house is located directly behind the Hobbs state park.
This beautiful newly remodeled home was completed May of 2008. In the house you will find a full Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, large dining area, 4 bedrooms, 5 full baths, rock wood burning fireplaces, loft area with regulation pool table,living area with big screen TV, DVD, gas grill on the back deck
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its on private full bath
The lakehouse is supplied with bed and bath linens to accommodate 14 people. All you need to bring is personal toiletries.
The kitchen has been accommodated with all necessary cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave and electric juicer and is located with the dining area, A utility room contains washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The interior of the Clearwater Cove Lakehouse offers a modern relaxing vacation environment for you and yours, with its newly designed amenities done by an enterior designer. During your stay you can enjoy Beaver Lake from the deck, swim in crystal clear freshwater, ski, fish, wakeboard, or simply take in the breath taking views offered by beautiful Beaver Lake. Your fun isn't limited to just the lake, there are rivers, riding stables, shopping, restaurants, and the finest live shows the Ozarks have to offer minutes away.
The lakehouse is non-smoking on the inside, smoke outside but keep your butts in an ash-tray. There is a strict no-pet policy neither in or outside the house, violations of these aforementioned policies will result in an additional $200 dollar clean-up fee as well as eviction from property without refund for remaining reservation monies plus costs for all damages incurred.

We had a great week at the lake. The house was more than we expected. The property was very nice and well kept. Everything we needed was there. We spent so much of the time on the deck and grilled a lot (sorry for using all the propane). The dock was a nice walk away. Good for the exercise. We met the neighbors at the dock and they were as nice as could be. Thank you so much for the great experience. I'm sure we will be back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY LAST YEAR. EVERYTHING WAS AS WE WERE TOLD. VERY EASY ACCESS TO LAKE. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE ARE COMING BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR. WE TOLD OUR FRIENDS WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE RESERVATIONS TO STAY THERERecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a wonderful place to stay, the house is beautiful and clean. Had a wonderful private setting, it was quiet and relaxing. The dock was convenient and easy to access. We enjoyed everything about our stay and recommend it to everyone. Get the contract in writing including use of the boat dock and swim platform. The house is nice and very clean but if you have kids or a boat get what you can use in writing. The boat dock is his neighbors and use was only allowed if no one was there. That severely hampered the enjoyment of our vacation. If you do not plan on using the boat dock or swim it is a terrific place to stay. If you plan on having access to the water the hike is long and steep and you are not allowed to drive down as stated because that property also belongs to his neighbor.Owner response: THE BOAT DOCK IS LOCATED BELOW THE CORP LINE . YOU CAN DRIVE DOWN TO WITHIN 60 FT. OF THE DOCK BUT NOT BELOW THE LINE AS IS THE RULES ON ALL OF BEAVER LAKE. THE DOCK IS OWNED BY US AND MY NEIGHBOR SOLELY. WE HAVE 4 SLIPS HE HAS 6 SLIPS. WE CAN ONLY PERMIT USAGE OF OUR PART NOT OUR NEIGHBORS. THE PROBLEM LIES WHEN SOME PEOPLE USE THE PART OF THE DOCK THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO US AND DON'T RESPECT THE PRIVACY AND SPACE OF THE OTHER DOCK OWNER WHEN THEY ARE PRESENT. WHEN THESE SIMPLE GUIDELINES ARE FOLLOWED THERE WILL NOT BE A PROBLM
