Welcome to Casa Alas! This spacious 2,600 sq ft multi-level home perched atop "Gringo Hill" is just a two minute walk to the beach in the village of Sayulita. Surrounded by banana plants and bougainvillea, the visitor to Casa Alas is instantly captivated by it's charm.
The casa combines indoor and outdoor living areas seamlessly. The first floor has a generous sized bedroom, private bathroom and lush outdoor patio with a quaint eating area. The second floor bedroom, also with private bath, boasts a beautiful terra cotta terrace with views of the surrounding jungle. Meander up the steps and you will find the Great Room. Perfect for relaxing, entertaining or taking in the views. Floor to ceiling windows and two terraces give the illusion of being outdoors whether you are cooking, eating or just hanging out. This floor has a complete kitchen, 3rd bathroom and spacious living/dining area. Finally, at the very top of the house you will find the Palapa roof deck complete with a hammock, table and chairs. The spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, jungle and beyond make the roof deck the most popular spot in the casa.
Casa Alas is set up with each bedroom on a separate floor for the utmost of privacy. There are many private areas where you can sneak away and find a quiet corner to read or daydream. This arrangement is perfect for two couples traveling together or a family with children over 12. Because of the multiple patios with no railings, children under 12 are strongly discouraged.
