Just 12 blocks from downtown Boise's diverse collection of shops and restaurants, this little house has everything you will need. Two bedrooms upstairs share the full bath complete with tub and shower; a smaller bedroom downstairs has access to a bathroom with a shower.

Near Boise State University, Boise River and greenbelt, museums, and beautiful parks. Just a block away - an old-fashioned neighborhood store sells groceries, espresso and sandwiches; also a school playground stays open year-round so neighborhood kids can play. Hike up to TableRock and look over the city or bike up to Elephant Rock, then explore Cottonwood Creek. Look at historic homes on Warm Springs Avenue and visit the Natatorium - the prettiest little water park in the state. Owner lives on site/adjacent building; happy to provide "concierge" service and answer any questions.

  • very pleased with the accomodtion, good location, pleasant/competent and very accomodating lady to deal with. good location, clean, the only weakness was kitchen eating area was not good for a group and bed was a bit short for me..(6' 2")..but overall - very good

  • This property is perfect! The location is great for getting around Boise the neighborhood is charming great for walking. The house was roomy great with a two year old.
