Two bedrooms upstairs share the full bath complete with tub and shower; a smaller bedroom downstairs has access to a bathroom with a shower. Near Boise State University, Boise River and greenbelt, museums, and beautiful parks. Just a block away - an old-fashioned neighborhood store sells groceries, espresso and sandwiches; also a school playground stays open year-round so neighborhood kids can play. Hike up to TableRock and look over the city or bike up to Elephant Rock, then explore Cottonwood Creek. Look at historic homes on Warm Springs Avenue and visit the Natatorium - the prettiest little water park in the state. Owner lives on site/adjacent building; happy to provide "concierge" service and answer any questions. Six blocks east of St. Lukes Hospital.
