The sleeping situation is: 2 master bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with king bed, media room with pull out couch.
This property is nearly 6,000 square feet. It has that custom home feel that is simply fantastic. There are solid granite counter tops, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and luxurious travertine showers. The name The light house came from the pantry in the kitchen. As you can see by the pictures there is a light house that spans from the entertainment area to the observation deck.
You can go upstairs to the observation deck where you have 360 degrees of breath taking ocean views. You can sit back and enjoy the summer breezes while enjoying the panoramic views from the observation deck. The house was designed for entertaining. You have a very large and spacious front living room with the double sided fireplace.
There is a private swimming pool with a heated Jacuzzi. Off the swimming pool patio there is a Carolina kitchen that is indoors. It makes entertaining pool quests a pleasure.
This is a new house that has just been furnished with new bedding and furniture. The kitchen has been outfitted with all new kitchen utensils. This will make a wonderful place to vacation.
The house is on the corner of 3rd ave and Carolina Blvd. The beach access is on 3rd ave. It is probably 150 to 200 yards from property.
Everybody who has stayed here last year had wonderful comments about this property. It is very unusual with the 20 foot lighthouse pantry in the kitchen that extends upward 2 floors.
This end of isle of palms is not heavily traveled like the other end. There is a Hwy that comes accross a bridge to the isle of palms that lands on about 15th ave and Palm blvd. Most all of the traffic turns left on Palms blvd and heads towards public parking and wild dunes resort which is located at 43rd Ave. To get to our property you turn right on Palm Blvd and go to 3rd ave. This part of the island does not have as much traffic as the other side.
There is a private hot tub and pool. You will be charged for the amount of propane that you use for the hot tub. There is a 30 minute timer on the hot tub so you can monitor the usage of propane used. There is a 30 minute timer on the jacuzzi so you can monitor your usage of propane.
