The Pinnacle is a 9 story concrete & steel high-rise, located in the Crescent Beach Section of N. Myrtle Beach. Two high speed elevators provide quick service. This 6th floor end unit has that million dollar view to the south of Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront resort offers glass enclosed pool, sun deck, outside showers & Bar-B-Que grill area w/tables as just a few of it's amenities. For the sport's lover we have a large 37 inch flat screen TV in the living room, along with a beautiful entertainment center, equipped with DVD player and a stereo system. This unit also offers hi-speed internet access. All bedrooms have TV's and the 2 and 3 Bedrooms have a DVD built into the TV. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. The sofa convert's into a queen sleeper.
The living room has a beautiful view of the ocean and it's own private oceanfront balcony. Next to the living room is the master bedroom and the newly renovated bathroom with new cabinets and tile floors. It to has it's own private oceanfront balcony. The unit is about 1350 sq. ft in size and two of the bedrooms have a shared bath between them. If you are running out of room, I have another 2 Bedroom unit on another floor that could be combined with this unit to make 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The newly renovated kitchen has all new cabinets with undermount surface lighting, new built in microwave range and new corin solid surface counter tops. This kitchen is beautiful. The condo also includes a washer & dryer. There is a breakfast bar at the kitchen that seats two, and table and chairs for 6. The bed size's are 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has new twin beds and dresser. This condo has a great lay-out for that large family. The deck furniture on both balconies is all new as of Jan 2008.
