  We had a great week end staying here. We found everything as discribed by the owners. We parked our car and walked everywhere! This was the first time in many years my family has taken a vacation and we were very happy with all accomodations. We will rent this unit again. Thank you for making our short week end vacation happen!! You will be receving another booking from us!

  We've been renting this unit for the last 3 years and have enjoyed our stay every time. The unit is perfect for our family of 5. The Sands is a small complex so there are hardly ever anyone else around the pool except us. One of the best things is the locaiton-we don't get back in the car for the whole week once we park. Everything we need-beach, restaurants, shopping-is within a block or so.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Complex is one block from Coligny Square and two blocks from beach as advertised. That being said, we were very disappointed upon arriving at the condo. The door will only stay closed if dead bolted. The condo furnishings are a bit worn. The condo was not very clean. There was lots of dust in the condo. The kitchen floor had not been swept. The shower curtain had mold on it. The carpet has stains and looks disgusting. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. There was no WIFI in the room as advertised. We had to sit in the stair well to get access to the internet, and it is from an unsecured network from another condo complex. We contacted owner for assistance regarding WIFI access. He said he would get back to us. He did not return call or text.

  Owner response: I am sorry that these tenants were disappointed. I have rented our unit to over 50 different clients, and almost all have been very happy. I certainly don't portray our unit as if it is the Ritz Carolton, and I believe our unit is very nice and clean. These particular tenants were given a special rate of $500 for an entire week in July, so I am sorry that they were disappointed considering that the Days Inn in Bluffton goes for more than this for the same week.

  I loved the third floor porch. It's great for catching up on some reading. I also enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and everything else I needed to enjoy my trip. Nice!

  We were disappointed with the condo because it seemed unkempt.The kitchen floor was dirty. Also the kitchen was poorly supplied with cooking utensils. There was Wi-fi, but it was downstairs by the pool. There was a folding chair by the bed which I guess was a "nightstand." There were plenty of towels and the location is great. The pool is nice also.

  My family of 4 stayed here and had a great time. The condo was just as pictured. We had plenty of room. The pool was never crowded, which we loved! Was just a couple of minute walk to the beach. Hilton head was great, we got to see Aligators on the property, as well as other wildlife. We watched dolphins from the beach! We had a great experience and would love to stay here again next year.

  This place is beautiful. I have decorated it perfectly. If you would like a brand new perfect place to stay.... this is the place for you.... if you mess up my things.... i will charge your credit card. just kidding....but seriously
