Waterfront home on 10 private scenic acres of land and only a 100 yards from the water. The boat dock is in a quiet cove great for children and swimmers. Come relax and enjoy the beautiful views of wildlife and trees. Fish right from the dock, bring your boat, 23' max and/or jet ski. 2 covered slips available. There is also a large fire pit to have an evening campfire or roast marshmallows. The house is approx 4000 square feet with 3 levels large enough for 2 families. Finished walkout lower level with wet bar, full bath, gas fire place, tv with vcr and dvd, stereo and large gathering area.
There are five bedrooms, each with a queensize bed. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor, large master bath with oversize tub and separate marble shower. There are three other bedrooms upstairs that share another full bath. A large fifth bedroom is located in the basement. Also in the basement is a bunk room with 2 twin beds, great for children and a full bath.
Great, fully equipped gourmet kitchen on the main level is ready for your next meal. Kitchen includes: refrigerator with filtered water and ice in door, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, and a nice kitchen island with seating for 3. Off the kitchen, on large deck with spectacular lake view is a gas grill to accommodate outside cooking. The deck has a large table with seating for 6, plus 4 extra chairs for larger gatherings.
Family room on main level near the kitchen, with lots of seating and TV, DVD, and a gas fireplace. Eating area near the kitchen seats 6 with a formal dining room that accommodate up to 6.
