Our North Naples coach home is west of Highway 41, close to the Vanderbilt Parkway, exactly one mile from the coast and the beaches. Planned community activities are available to seasonal renters.
Walk, bike or drive to North Naples’ breathtaking beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment which surround you in the Naples/Bonita Springs area.
During enclement weather, close the acrylic Lanaie doors to continue enjoying the lanaie.

Why the Owner Chose Wiggins Lake
We are proud to offer this beautiful condo located in a relatively new and very quiet area, close to the ocean with large greenspaces located adjacent to the Wiggins Pass preserves, and very close to the Delnor Wiggins State Park. This ideal location close to so many quality restaurants with easy access to major thoroughfares is our dream location for our retirement years.
The condo istself is small (212 units) with a large amount of full time residents who make sure that the condo common areas are well maintained and that the area remains safe and personnable.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My wife and I enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast on the lanaie overlooking the lake, while we listen to and watch the small animals including turtles, fish, ducks, and other waterfoul. The condo is so spacious that we feel so lucky to have found such a jewel. We upgraded the AC system, remodelled the unit by adding "knockdown" plastering on the walls to get a southern caribean effect, repainted to add great colouring, replaced the carpet for hardwood and remodelled the unit with Asian/African decorations.

We have spent many winters in Florida on both the east and west coasts and consider this property an exceptional find. The location is perfect - close to a magnificent beach, wonderful shopping and great restaurants. The condo is sparkling clean, newly updated, fully equipped with high quality appliances and attractively furnished. The community is quiet, friendly and beautifully maintained. The owners are most accommodating and kind. We have been very happy here and have no hesitation in returning again next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were very impressed with this rental. The condo is clean, bright, and very spacious. And with such a magnificent view from the lanai and master bedroom - we never wanted to leave! The condo was very well-equiped. We ate most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. With its granite counter tops and new appliances, it was nicer than our kitchen at home! We spent a lot of time at the pool and appreciated the fact that it was heated. The beach is gorgeous and is only a 5-minute drive away, and we even saw dolphins one day. And there were plenty of restaurants nearby for the days when we didn't feel like cooking. Overall we were very impressed with this condo, and I can't think of anything negative to say other than it would be nice if there was a hot tub on the lanai :) We can't wait to go back next year!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our first thought as we arrived here: "Wow! What a beautiful place!" And what a nice welcome--a bottle of wine and notes from the owner and property manager! This condo is located in a very nice, upscale community in North Naples. It is bright, open and very attractively decorated. The unit has quality construction and a good layout. It has all the expected appliances and they all work well. We look forward to exploring the area on the bikes provided as soon as the current cold snap ends. We also anticipate enjoying many happy hours on the lovely screened-in lanai overlooking the lake and fountain.

As soon as we walked into our rental unit we were impressed by the size of the living room and kitchen which were bright and airy because of the nice big windows and the cathedral ceiling. We enjoyed having our meals on the lanai that gives onto a small lake. We appreciated the privacy afforded by the trees in front of the lanai that also provided shade from the hot afternoon sun.The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and the residents are both friendly and discreet. When we weren’t at the gorgeous beach that is only a five-minute drive from the condo we spent our days biking along the many trails or walking around the area. There are many restaurants and food stores close to the condo and some are only a ten minute walk away.The owners were friendly and helpful. There was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival. They also put together a binder full of all the necessary information for the condo and the neigborhood. i.e. medical centers, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. All of the above helped to make our three-month stay in Naples enjoyable and relaxing.
