The Pinnacle is a nine-story concrete and steel high-rise located in the heart of the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This resort has an oceanfront pool, sun deck, outside showers, and a grilling area. Our building has two high speed elevators located in the center of the building, so it's only a few steps to the front door of the condo.
This first-floor unit has great views of the Grand Strand. If you need more space that just one unit, we also have another 3BR unit in the building, with a (combined space would give you five bedrooms and four baths).
This 1st floor unit features a spacious floor plan (1100 square feet), and has two bedrooms, and two full baths. The master bedroom and living room both overlook the ocean, and have their own private, oceanfront balcony. The balcony has been furnished with a table and and 4 chairs and a new chaise lounger.
The unit itself has been tastefully decorated. The living room has been upgraded with a new sofa, chair, end tables and coffee table. We have also put a new entertainment center and 37 in Flat screen TV in the living room. The unit has also been freshly painted. All upgrades were completed in 2007. The dining area seats eight, six at the table and two at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and the unit has a washer and dryer. All appliances are new as of 2006. This condo also has Hi-Speed Internet Access.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, with private full bath and jetted whirlpool. The bathroom has also been renovated with new cabinets, paint and hardware. The second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed. The second bedroom is equal in size to the master bedroom (a rare find in condominium units). Our second bedroom also has a flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The second bathroom has been renovated in Jan 2008 with new cabinets and fresh paint. This condo is in very good condition and we keep it well maintained.
