This is a new custom home (roughly 5,000 sq. feet) that was just added to the rental market on June 9th 2008.
It is gorgeous inside and out. It has a large swimming pool. The house was built for entertaining. You will note the gourmet large kitchen and the front room all joined together. There are 3 couches in the front room.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 1 Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, large room downstairs has 2 queen bed, 3 bedrooms have 1 queen bed apiece, media room has pull out couch, front room has a pull out couch.
You can have some real fun get togethers here. We have furnished the house with all new bedding, furniture, and kitchenware. We have made a large investment into this property with the hopes that people can rent it and make some enjoyable memories.
We welcome you to stay at the Blue Marlin. Please tell your friends and best of all have a great vacation.
This end of the island is not as busy with traffic as the other end. On the other end you have public parking and wild dunes resort.

My name is Ken Smith and I live on the Isle of Palms. It is really a fun place to live. I am married with three children. My oldest daughter is 21 old attending BYU where she is a Junior, my next is 17 who is a Junior in High school who likes to go Kite-Boarding, and my youngest is years old.
