This is a new custom home (roughly 5,700 sq. feet) that was just added to the rental market on June 9th 2008.
It is gorgeous inside and out. It has a large swimming pool. The house was built for entertaining. You will note the gourmet large kitchen and the front room all joined together. There are 3 couches in the front room.
There are 7 queen beds and 2 pull out couches. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 1 Master bedroom has 2 queen beds with master bath, large bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds and a full bath, there are also 3 bedrooms that have 1 queen bed apiece including a full bath per bedroom, media room has pull out couch, front room has a pull out couch.
You can have some real fun get togethers here. We have furnished the house with all new bedding, furniture, and kitchenware. We have made a large investment into this property with the hopes that people can rent it and make some enjoyable memories.

This end of the island is not as busy with traffic as the other end. On the other end you have public parking and wild dunes resort.
