This all concrete and steel constructed building is located across the street from Barefoot Landing with it's 113 shop's and restaurants, and the 2000 seat Alabama Theatre, and the House of Blues. Our resort offers a 6 outdoor pools, a hot tub and indoor-heated pool, oceanfront sun decks, outside showers, tennis courts, bike trails, walking paths, putting greens as just a few of its amenities. The Four Season's Restaurants, and Business Center is located in the center of the resort. This is a gated complex, so you will always feel secure.
This upscale 2BR/2BA corner condo has a wonderful southern view of Myrtle Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The living room has a beautiful view of the ocean and its own 2 oceanfront balcony's. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, and chair. You will also enjoy watching the 40 Inch HD TV. The Cable TV also has a DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with all, new Cabinets, and Corian Counter tops. Our home also has a full size washer and dryer. The dining area has a table for six, and the breakfast bar seats two. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with top-quality bedding, Flat Screen TV in bedroom, private full bath and a private balcony. The second bedroom has 1 Full Size Bed & One Twin bed and a Flat Screen TV. Both bathrooms have been renovated and also have new cabinets. There are 3 elevators in the North Tower for quick service.
