This all concrete and steel constructed building is located across the street from Barefoot Landing with it's 113 shop's and restaurants, and the 2000 seat Alabama Theatre, and the House of Blues. Our resort offers a 6 outdoor pools, a hot tub and indoor-heated pool, oceanfront sun decks, outside showers, tennis courts, bike trails, walking paths, putting greens as just a few of its amenities. The Four Season's Restaurants, and Business Center is located in the center of the resort. This is a gated complex, so you will always feel secure.
This upscale 2BR/2BA corner condo has a wonderful southern view of Myrtle Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The living room has a beautiful view of the ocean and its own oceanfront wrap around balcony. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, and love seat. You will also enjoy watching the 27 inch TV on our new Wall units. The Cable TV also has a DVD player as well as a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all Stainless Steel Appliances, new Welborne Cabinets, Granite Counter tops, and tiled backsplash. This home also has a washer and dryer.
