Amazing six bedroom home that sits on one of the highest lots in Corolla Light (1064 Beacon Hill Dr). The house has beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and is fully equipped to met your every need.

Outside there is a private pool and hot tub for your enjoyment, and an outside shower and gas grill for entertaining. Inside on the ground floor, there is a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar, and two bedrooms with queen beds (one has a deck to the pool area). There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer.

The second floor has a den with a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. There are three master bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed, one with a king bed, and the third with 2 bunk bed sets. Each bedroom is completely private and has beautiful views of the sound.

On the Third level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and great room. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen window. The great room has a gas fireplace, second TV and DVD player, and opens to a deck with great sound views. The sixth bedroom is located on the third level with a king bed and private deck.

The house has private parking for 6 cars, and access to the Corolla Light Resort featuring the Brindley Sport Center. The home is oceanside, about a 7 minute walk to the beach or you can take the free trolley in-season! the trolley stop is only a hundred feet away. There's also plenty of third-row parking which puts you 300 feet to the beach, or you can park ocean-front in the non-peak seasons. The resort has beachside pools, restaurants, tennis and basketball courts, aerobic and weight rooms, and a new putting green. You can also rent kayaks, and bicycles from the resort, as well as charter fishing trips and go shopping.

Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit. $50 non-refundable accidental damage deposit waiver. Credit cards accepted with 3% transaction fee. One-third of renters must be at least 25, non-smoking, pet friendly but no cats, dogs under 1 year old, pit-bulls, or chihuahuas.
