This lovely unit is located on the 3rd green and the 4th fairway of the Dos Rios Golf Course in Gunnison, Colorado with beautiful stocked fishing ponds just outside the front door. The area is filled with gorgeous views and plenty of wildlife. More pictures are forthcoming and available upon request.
The Gunnison River is nearby and famous for it's lure and fly fishing. It is the main tributary that feeds the largest reservoir in Colorado, Blue Mesa Lake which is just 6 miles west of the property, offering all kinds of fishing (Makinaw, German Brown, Rainbow Trout, and Kokanee Salmon). The state record Brown and Lake trout were caught in this area.
Also popular in this area is sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, and beaching. For kayak enthusiasts there are white river water parks close by.
Excellent winter sports as well for those who love snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snow skiing, etc.
Mountain climbers and mountain bikers will love visiting world famous Hartman's Rock which boasts hundreds of miles of trails.
Long term leases are negotiable and most everything you will need is already provided. Just bring your toothbrush.
