Bus lines are within one block and only a ten-minute ride to the Seattle City Center and Pike Place Market.
The one bedroom apartment is part of a Triplex that was built in the early 1900’s, with a separate entrance, full kitchen and bath. The bedroom features a queen sleigh bed, walk in closet and tv/cable. The sitting room has a full size pull out sofa and a very comfortable reading Jonathon chair.
