This house is located in a Private community. The property features two buildings. Main house has 2 bedrooms (not lofts), living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer dryer. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you would need with extras including blender, toaster, coffee pot etc. The living room has a sofa bed, love seat, a fold out dining table. Has electric cadet heaters in all rooms, as well as a very efficient wood burning stove.
The second building features a private hot tub room, another bathroom with shower, and a sauna. This building also has a attached woodshed and tool shed.
This place is a lot of fun for both families with kids or an adult group. Many board games available to play, game system and DVD player located in bedroom upstairs.
The yard is large enough to get a game of touch football started, or build a fire to roast marshmallows.
Last but not least, there is a very short walk to our private community river access spot. This site has a small sand beach and picnic table.
