    Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine and the chocolates. You did not have to do that but it was appreciated. Your home is absolutely lovely and very well stocked. I have stayed in west Maui four times, loved every stay but your place has definitely taken over top spot! We ran into a couple that normally stay at your place but took a smaller unit this time because there was only the two of them. They said it was a real eye opener for them as it was very bare bones. It sounds like you impressed more than just our group this trip! Well I am off to enjoy another day in paradise!

    Hi Patty and Bill, Just a note to say what a wonderful time we had at your condo in Napili Point. Everything was perfect! We whale watched, took a drive through the rainforest to Hana, swam with turtles, bummed around in Lahina, and spents lots of time snorkling in the cove with the turtles, and on the beach. It was fabulous! We enjoyed the condo so much-- your attention to every detail is so appreciated. We can see how much you love your Maui condo! We do too! We were all so sad to have to leave and can't wait to get back to our new favorite vacation spot! Thanks so much for everything!

    Hi Patty, We are back in cold D. We had a wonderful vacation in Maui & found your home on Maui to be very nice. Thanks for all of the extra amenities that you provided. It did feel like a home away from home:) Really appreciated how well your kitchen was stocked. Cooking was a pleasure in your Maui home! It was all very difficult to leave. The 17 degree temperature we came back to yesterday morning was a bit of a shock to our systems. Now, back to work & reality. Groan. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful Maui home with us, it was wonderful!

    TRIP ADVISOR REVIEW - This was our second stay at Napili Point Resort, and we will return to this location in the future. We love snorkeling in the turtle bay that is right there for us, along with a pool, and Napili Beach just a short walk away. We stayed in Unit C38 the first time, which has a loft master bedroom, and we loved it (second floor; nice view). I requested it again when I called the Napili Point management, but they told me they do not accommodate specific requests. They said that the best way to get exactly what we wanted was to go through the owner. I went through the owner and mistakenly rented the C37 unit right next door! It was great, too, however! No loft this time but two enclosed bedrooms and a larger lanai since it was a corner unit. This worked best for us as we had all three kids on this trip……….

    Hi Patty. I just wanted to say thank you for letting us use your condo in Maui. It was so beautiful there and we really felt at home. The location was superb…we enjoyed snorkeling with the sea turtles right there at the cove and the colorful fish at Kapalua Bay were awesome. We saw eels and a small octopus there as well. My son’s favorite beach was D.T. Fleming because of the good body surfing and boogie boarding. Mahalo, Debbie

    We visited Maui a few years ago and had a nice time. However this visit was so much better due to our wonderful accommodations at Napili Point resort. C37 was fabulous! Can't say enough great things about the condo or its owners, Patty & Bill Casale! Unit C-37 is a "direct owner rental" - dealing directly with Patty was effortless! This 2 BR/2BA- corner unit-is nicely furnished, beautifully maintained and has the best views of the ocean from its wrap-around lanai! Talk about being in Paradise!.

    Family time in Maui-We will be back Trip Adv 3/13...our second trip to Maui and once again we rented units B-37 and C-37 above us. This is the second year we have rented both of these units and it works well with lots of family. Thanks to John B-37 and Patty C-37 for help with booking these condos. Condos are located very near the pool and BBQ area and offer excellent views of the turtles in the cove and the whales breaching further out. Both of these condos are very well stocked............

    TRIP ADVISOR - March 8, 2012 Second stay at Napili Point..... Unit C37: (limited space-please read full review on TA) The condo was very well equipped with everything you might need: bino's to watch the whales/copius amounts of snorkel equipment/sand toys/rock shoes/boogie boards/cooler bag/frosty mugs.. Everything was clean/functional/owners were excellent to deal with... only hiccup was the key box was missing-a call to the emerg-contact had us in the unit in 10 minutes...Highly recommend!

    We recently returned from a lovely stay at NPC37. The condo is very comfortable for a family of 4, well stocked, and owners are very helpful with arrangements and any incidentals. The ocean view is wonderful, the beds are comfy with foam mattress toppers, and the beach is a quick 5 m.walk through the parking lot rather than the path if you have a large cooler...The snorkeling cove is wonderful for sea life and very safe for all ages ....Will definitely stay at C-37 again when vacationing in Maui

    We loved our trip and the condo was perfect. Loved the location, the view, the turtles in the bay. It was so well stocked and clean and comfortable. I liked the bed in the master bedroom better than my own at home! Or maybe it was the sound of the ocean that made me sleep so well every night. We had perfect weather, too - 7 days of sun. We went whale watching, too - amazing! And we ate at Sansei one night - the best dinner we had the whole time.

    “Gorgeous views, close to swimming and snorkelling,everything you need at the condo.” C-37 condo was a delightful place to stay for ten days of relaxation and fun. The condo is situated such that it directly faces the turtle bay....The condo supplied very nice snorkeling equipment for everyone, as well as beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, games and movies, and everything else we could think of while there. The washer/dryer in the unit helped us keep ahead of sandy towels and bathing suits....

    Trip Advisor review on 10/25/11: “Combo of C37/B37 was perfect for vacationing with the grandparents” We spent a week at this property, specifically in units C37 and B37 which are owner managed. The combination of the downstairs 2bd/2bth B37 (access/no stairs for the in-laws) and the upstairs C37 for my wife, 9 and 12 yr old daughters and myself was absolutely perfect. Realistically, we could have all stayed in either condo as they are both spacious but the additional privacy was great. Credit Patty, the C37 owner, for helping us identify the downstairs condo as well as suggesting we book an additional day to give us a place to relax/change before our 10pm flight back. The C37 unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated and over the top equipped. We wanted a condo so we could eat bkfst/lunch in and Patty has everything you could possilby want, including condiments/spices, dish/cookware, piles of towels. Lots of beach toys/chairs/coolers. Every time we needed something, there it was. Both condos had AC, which was a deal breaker going in, and we never used it as the units set up perfect to catch afternoon breezes. We ran the in-unit washer/dryer every day for swimsuits/towels so ended up not needing much of the clothing we brought (Patty even provides the soap/dryer sheets). Resort is on right on the cove which provided snorkelling with sea turtles (more than I can count), most of the fish we saw at the Maui Ocean Center and darn scary looking eels. We could see the turtles from our balcony throughout the day. Tide pools on the north tip of the property provided great morning exploration and a short but rocky (too much for my cane toting M-I-L) path lead to Napili Beach which was beautiful and great for the girls to play. (removed some info regarding surrounding area due to space) Highly recommend the resort and of course C37 has to be one of the better values there.

    TRIP ADVISORreview: “C-37 Napili Point---Wow” We spent the first part of the week congratulating ourselves on having located the absolute best place to stay on the island of Maui. We loved every minute of our visit to the beautiful cove, the best restaurants, the swimming beach, the bike path, the farmer's market, etc. This condo was perfect for our family, and I can recommend it wholeheartedly. We were one hundred percent happy with every aspect of our stay. The owner was tremendous. Patty is easy to work with, and made the "business" side of the arrangment absolutely easy. We hope, hope, hope to be able to return soon! C-37 was an excellent choice for us

    TRIP ADVISOR - “Napili Point C37 is an OUTSTANDING CONDO right above beautiful ocean” This is quiet, peaceful, 2-3 story condominium resort, built along and above the beautiful ocean cove of Napili Bay, is absolutely the best place we have vacationed on the islands. These condos were built taking full advantage of the ocean views and accessibility to swimming, snorkling, paddle boarding in the pristine bay inlet below the resort where you can literally swim among the Hawaiian sea turtles. This was a family reunion of 10 days for our three children and their families. We rented 3 condos in the Napili Point Resort and all of us agreed that this resort was ideal: the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets viewed right off all balconies from the living areas designed for this purpose. Just steps from the Bay for snorkling or just swimming in these peaceful waters. A few minutes walk to the sandy beach for swimming, "boogie boarding", body surfing...nice paths for access to these areas as well. Patty Casale's condo C37 was the BEST! This condo is an end unit which allowed the 2 bedrooms to be on one floor with large comfortable living room, amazingly well stocked, up graded and excellent kitchen cooking area (with a pantry full of all household supplies) and amenities galore. Beach toys and boogie boards, beach towels, board games, etc for the evenings are supplied by Patty. The bedroom for the 3 children (two 9 year old twins + a 5 year old child) was comfortable with an extra roll away bed ordered from WILD WHEELS RENTALS to add to the two twin beds already in the room. The master bedroom/bath with king sized bed is great as well. Thank you to Patty Casale, who helped us find two other rentals from owners for the rest of the family, and who is just a very kind, helpful and thoughtful individual. We all would definitely want to return to this excellent resort for another Maui vacation. Valerie.

    Dear Mrs. Casale, Napili Point Resort was more wonderful than we ever expected. These condos with their ocean views situated above the amazing "Sea Turtle Cove" were so comfortably, convenient to other beaches for swimming and playing; we all swam, paddle boarded and snorkeled in this cove every day...peaceful, relaxing, amazing sea life. I gave your beautiful, excellently organized & well supplied UNIT C 37 outstanding reviews. Please see the Trip Adviser document. My son and his family of 3 loved this condo and we gathered there and at the barbecue picnic area most nights of our 10 day stay. I also thank you very much for your kind and patient help with finding the 2 other units. My husband and I much preferred the floor plan of your unit first and then the C 38 neighboring unit. This worked out so well for my daughter and son who lived in these two units which allowed visiting among the children, sharing breakfasts & lunchtimes together. Once again BRAVO for the excellent care and thoughtfulness that is seen in every room of your beautiful Napili Point Condo! Gratefully and sincerely, Valerie

    TRIP ADVISOR, June 3, 2011 - “ Napili Point C37 is the Best” Just spent a wonderful ten days at Patty and Bill's C37 Condo at the Napili Point Resort. This great corner unit has everything: a wrap-around lanai, privacy, beautifully appointed living/dining area, kitchen stocked with everything you can imagine, luxurious master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom, large closets and stocked pantry. It has all kinds of entertainment DVDs, CDs and books (including a copy of Chuck Thorne's classic “A Diver's Guide To Maui" if you're a scuba diver). The unit overlooks gorgeous Honokeana Bay where you can snorkel with the endlessly entertaining turtles (I counted nine on my early Monday morning snorkel including the baby of the group who curiously swam up and looked me in the eye), admire the ocean views of Lanai and Molokai, and watch sunsets from your lanai or out on the grassy point. Patty and Bill have installed wireless internet in case you can't live without your iPad and mobile phone reception is good on the Napili coast. Patty has put together a great notebook of things to do and see on Maui. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Napili Point C37 and recommend it highly for a wonderful relaxing vacation with access to all that West Maui has to offer. Stayed May 2011, traveled with family - 2 couples..

    Trip Advisor Review: Apr 25, 2011 “Napili Point C37-A Bit of Heaven On Maui” We stayed in Unit C37 in December 2009 and counted the days until we returned in April of 2011. Fifteen months was too long to wait to enjoy once more this wonderful Maui Home. I use the term "Home" because the owners have taken great lengths to accomodate their guests with every comfort imagineable. From the well equipped kitchen right down to CD's, beach equipment and a "Where to go and What To Do Guide" there is nothing anyone could want for. We loved going to the Fish Market and the Farmers Market (food is great) and took advantage of the subperb view by dining on the lanai. The location is especially convenient to Lahaina and the ride North of the condo is not to be missed. I have been to Maui many times and will return again, but won't look any further than C37! Aloha doesn't get any better than this!

    Hello, Patty: We were in C36 the two nights before we moved in to C37. Also very nice. We like C37 for a couple reasons - the view is more "panoramic" from your lanai and we liked the furnishings better. Also, the little things we don't want to buy to use just two or three of were there (like zip lock baggies). This is a little thing that makes a big difference. We never did use the computer and the drawer full of sun screen and ponchos was appreciated although we didn't use any. The idea was someone was thinking ahead for vacationers who often forget things - makes the vacation better. We had the feeling you had thought of everything. You have a great place and would be the first one I think of if we return to Maui again. Regards, Jerry

    Trip Advisor Review: Mar 31, 2011 “A wonderful stay at Napili Point Resort C37” We were so fortunate to have discovered Patty and Bill's beautiful condo (C37) at Napili Point Resort. We were looking to try a new area on Maui, having always stayed south of Napili on previous trips, and were intrigued by the Napili area. This thoughtfully appointed condo has everything you need: a beautiful location, with a wonderful view of Honokeana cove, the ocean, and Lanai and Molokaii. The cove itself is remarkable, with at least twelve turtles as residents, easily viewed from the wrap- around lanai, where we spent time every morning and evening. Snorkeling with the turtles was amazing; each seemed to have its own “home” in the reef, and we visited them daily. The condo itself was perfect for our extended family of three adults and two “tween” cousins, with a large master bedroom/bathroom suite and a second bedroom and bathroom. Patty has obviously put a lot of work and thought into this condo: thoughtful touches are everywhere, e.g. numerous hooks in the master bathroom for hanging up wet bathing suits; a pair of binoculars, two binders full of DVDs, for kids and adults, as well as three drawers full of travel books and paperback novels of all sorts. The second bedroom had lots of snorkeling equipment, sand toys, and boogie boards, which was perfect for the kids. The kitchen and pantry were especially welcome, stocked with all manner of dishes, glassware, cooking tools, etc, and well as a spice cabinet, oil and vinegar, and lots of other “ingredients’ you might need, saving you from buying something for just one meal. The living area was very accommodating, with plenty of seating, including a comfortable sofa, which converted into a comfortable double/?queen bed, which was used by one of the kids. The condo is a corner unit, with sliding glass doors and windows on both corner walls, so the lighting was beautiful and bright, but could be closed off at night with heavy, rich dark drapes. And beautiful Napili Bay itself is right next door to this complex. We spent many hours there, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and we even rented stand-up paddle boards from Snorkel Bob's at Napili Bay, all within easy walking distance to the condo. So, thanks Patty…we really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back next year!

    Trip Advisor Review: “Napili Point C-37 Owner owned Condo” We just returned from an amazing trip to Maui with my partner and my parents. We stayed in this lovely condo that was incredibly well-equipped. The views from the wrap around second floor lanai were amazing. We could sit out with our morning coffee and watch the sea turtles in the bay below and whales breaching and blowing. The condo is clean and comfortably furnished. The owners take great care of it and are very responsive to their guests. There is amazing snorkeling nearby. There are several really great restaurants just minutes away. We all loved our stay and definitely want to come back again!

    Trip Advisor Review: “C-37 – A perfect place to celebrate my 50th Birthday!” When I started planning my 50th birthday celebration in Maui, I imagined staying in a spacious condo where I could relax with several of my friends. C-37 at Napili Point was exactly what I had imagined! Comfortable, quiet, great views and spacious. We relaxed at the pool every day and practically felt like it was our own, private paradise! We snorkeled in the cove with the sea turtles, took the short drive to Kaanapali or Lahaina every evening for dinner and shopping, spent a day at Kapalua Beach right up the road, watched the whales from shore every day and ventured out on a whale watching trip one morning to see them up close and personal! C-37 had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable, including snorkeling gear and beach chairs! I can't wait to bring my husband back here someday!

    Trip Advisor Review - Feb 14, 2011 “A Very Nice Accomodation in a Beautiful Setting” We stayed at this fhoughtfully equilped condo from Jan. 31, 2011 to Feb.7, 2011. The weather was beautiful and during our stay we experienced snorkeling with the green sea turtles in the nearby cove, a trip on Hiway 30 to the East coast to view the blow hole, whate watching and wonderful meals at nearby gourmet restaurants. The hostess left nothing to chance. It seemed there was almost two of everything in the way of utensils and appliances. A closet pantry contained abundant provisions, "goodies" and cookware. The condo had a spacious lanai overlooking the nearby cove and watching the sunsets in the evening was especially enjoyable. Our hostess called during our visit to insure our well beiingl. All in all, it was a most pleasant experience.

    “Unit C37 is Paradise Found” - I have stayed at Napili Point unit C37 several times with my family. I used to stay at the Ritz or the Westin, but found this condo much more comfortable and homey. It's like having your own home in Paradise for a week. Patty, the owner is VERY helpful and informative. Everything that she said and what I saw on the website is accurate, if not understated. The comfort and cleanliness were what really stuck out in my mind. The decor and furniture are like new and is done in a tasteful tropical motif. The master bedroom is roomy and the king bed and bed linens are of excellent quality. I slept like a baby! The closet in the bedroom is the fun one! It has snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and lots of fun things, which saves the time and expense of going to the beach shop to rent these things. The kitchen is probably, no it IS, better equipped than my kitchen here at home. Every gadget imaginable, lots of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, spices, teas. We did not have to improvise for any thing. The great room is the best! The couch becomes a very comfortable sleeper. REALLY! At night when you have the doors and windows open, you can hear the gentle pounding of the surf as a gentle breeze blows thru the unit. If you are lucky enough to be there during a full moon, you will see it shine across the cove and see the shape of the palm trees blowing in the wind. It is breathtaking! For those of you who need more entertainment there are plenty of VHS tapes and DVD's to be viewed on the large screen TV. CD's to enhance the mood and Internet service is free for those of you who just can't leave it behind. If you still have doubts about being in Paradise, step out onto the lanai that wraps around the unit. The view of Lanai and Molakai across the waters of the Pacific is exceptional. If you happen to be there during whale season, you will be able to see them cavorting in the near waters. But the absolute best, as far as I'm concerned, is the cove just off to the left side of the property. Every morning and evening lots and lots of huge sea turtles come into the cove to feed. When snorkeling in the cove, you are guaranteed to see them. Look down into the rocks where they sleep during the day. I can't say enough about my stays at this condo. The peaceful location, wonderful amenities, and beautiful views make for a lovely vacation. The two full bedrooms with very comfortable beds create privacy for four guests. The unit is fit with all of your needs. The nearby supermarket makes it easy to cook in the unit. Enjoy all the comforts of home while away from home.

    TRIP ADVISOR REVIEW “We will be back!!” Fort McMurray, Canada Dec 17, 2010 Hi my family recently spent 10 nights in unit C37 and had an awesome holiday. Patty (the owner) was very helpful and their condo is just like a home away from home...It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday(snorkel gear,boogie boards,kitchen has everything u could possibly need) Condo was clean and everything is like it is described on the website. Snorkeling in the cove was awesome!More fish than Molokini!Turtles were everywhere...sometimes there were so many we had to get out of their way! It is only a short walk to Napili Bay which is one of the best beaches I have ever been too! We will be returning to Maui in the future and will stay here again Travis

    Trip Advisor Review - Sept 9, 2010 Privately owned C-37 is the best!!! Comfortable, beautiful, and best view!" This was our 2nd visit to Napili Point Resort. We love the location and the cove is the best snorkling you'll find without all of the people. I found Unit C-37 on google and prefer renting through the owner, because I am finding that renting through the owner is a very pleasurable experience. Patty and Bill's condo is just like all of the pictures on their website and we couldn't have been happier with their unit. The beds in all of the rooms were so comfortable, and the decor was very nice, not run down, very clean, and all could ever want with kitchen appliances and amenities. It felt like being at home. You get much more staying in Unit C-37 then if you buy through the resort. Plus they do have contacts with their own cleaning service that will help you if their are any problems. The people at the front desk are very rude if you're not staying in "their" resort condos. We just ignored them and decided that asking them any questions was a complete waste of time. Patty and Bill can answer everything. When our family goes back to Maui, we will be staying in C-37, I will not ever go through the resort to book a condo there. Thank-you Patty and Bill!

We LOVE both units and are sooooo comfortable here. Your unit is so, so nice too and so very well equipped, everything you could possibly need here. The complex is gorgeous and in a beautiful location! Thank you sooo much for helping us get this all arranged! We are already planning our next trip! We will be recommending you to our friends who want to come here after seeing our pictures! Having these 2 condos right next to each other has worked perfectly for all of us, especially my mom and the little girls. My mom thinks this is a little bit of heaven here on earth!!     TRIP ADVISOR May 10, 2010 - Surrey, Canada C-37 No Ka Oi! My family and I (husband, mom, and 3-yr-old) just returned from Maui, and Napili Point Resort C-37 was such a wonderful place to stay! It's a 2-bedroom (full bedrooms, no loft like other 2-bdrm units in the complex), 2-bath, and includes everything you could posibly need. We had a really wonderful time, and the condo was a big part of that - we could watch whales and beautiful sunsets from the lanai, we did some excellent snorkeling in the cove right outside, and of course just a short walk to gorgeous Napili beach. My son just LOVED the pool with the "pretend turtle" at the bottom. The condo was so well stocked and well cared for, it made for a lovely place to come home to at the end of the day. We went to Duke's at the Honua Kai resort for my mom's birthday dinner, and it was fabulous! Highly recommended! My husband and I also had a wonderful date night at Merriman's in Kapalua. Unit C-37 is rented privately by the owners, you can find it through a google search.

    Trip Advisor Review: “A wonderful stay at Napili Point Resort C37” We were so fortunate to have discovered Patty and Bill's beautiful condo (C37) at Napili Point Resort. We were looking to try a new area on Maui, having always stayed south of Napili on previous trips, and were intrigued by the Napili area. This thoughtfully appointed condo has everything you need: a beautiful location, with a wonderful view of Honokeana cove, the ocean, and Lanai and Molokaii. The cove itself is remarkable, with at least twelve turtles as residents, easily viewed from the wrap- around lanai, where we spent time every morning and evening. Snorkeling with the turtles was amazing; each seemed to have its own “home” in the reef, and we visited them daily. The condo itself was perfect for our extended family of three adults and two “tween” cousins, with a large master bedroom/bathroom suite and a second bedroom and bathroom. Patty has obviously put a lot of work and thought into this condo: thoughtful touches are everywhere, e.g. numerous hooks in the master bathroom for hanging up wet bathing suits; a pair of binoculars, two binders full of DVDs, for kids and adults, as well as three drawers full of travel books and paperback novels of all sorts. The second bedroom had lots of snorkeling equipment, sand toys, and boogie boards, which was perfect for the kids. The kitchen and pantry were especially welcome, stocked with all manner of dishes, glassware, cooking tools, etc, and well as a spice cabinet, oil and vinegar, and lots of other “ingredients’ you might need, saving you from buying something for just one meal. The living area was very accommodating, with plenty of seating, including a comfortable sofa, which converted into a comfortable double/?queen bed, which was used by one of the kids. The condo is a corner unit, with sliding glass doors and windows on both corner walls, so the lighting was beautiful and bright, but could be closed off at night with heavy, rich dark drapes. And beautiful Napili Bay itself is right next door to this complex. We spent many hours there, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and we even rented stand-up paddle boards from Snorkel Bob's at Napili Bay, all within easy walking distance to the condo. So, thanks Patty…we really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back next year!

    TRIP ADVISOR Jan 7, 2010 | Trip type: Family Just returned from a six day stay at Napili Point Unit C-37. I've been to Maui several times, stayed in various towns, various hotels and other condos at the Napili Point Resort. Unit C-37 is by far the most well appointed and comfortable accommodation that anyone could wish for. It's got it all: great location within the complex, being a well furnished and sparkling clean end unit with beautiful views; short walk to beach; convenient to stores; excellent snorkeling with turtles! This is a private rental which can be found by googling. The owners take pride in their home and you know that the minute you arrive. They go out of their way to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable by providing all kinds of tips and great information. They have truly created a home away from home for their guests and I can't wait to return!

    TRIP ADVISOR Jan 11, 2010 | Trip type: Family THE VIEW AND LOCATION SAYS IT ALL WOW what a trip !!!!!!!!!!it's been a while that we stayed in a condo instead of hotel rooms and what a condo C37 was , it was fantastic the view off of the lanai was incredible ,at one point we could see 8 sea turtles sunning themselves , the bedrooms were fantsatic , very comfortable master bed . we didnt have to buy any water toys or snorkel gear as the closet was full of it ,just a short walk to beautifull napili beach and we were set . now the coolest for us was the kitchen !! , it was full of all our cooking needs we shopped a lot at the napili market and safeway and the outdoor barbecue by the pool was very handy ,the location being close to LAHAINA was the best part as a lot of our activities were just a short drive ,(as well as the shopping ) I WILL BE BACK !! THE LEMIEUX FAMILY , PRINCE ALBERT ,SASK , CANADA

    Hi Patty, It was an amazing trip. My only regret is not staying longer. Another week would have been just what the doctor ordered. Thank you so much for everything, the place was great. It was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't get to try Sansai Sushi sadly. My schedule got rearranged a couple of times because of the storm offshore that couldn't make up its mind. Some of the activities I planned got changed. I was able to do some wonderful stuff though. The cove out front was so spectacular for snorkeling. I saw 6 sea turtles in about an hour of snorkeling a couple of times, and I found 5 of them when I went back in on Saturday to say goodbye. Your gear in the closet was great - I found some items that fit perfectly without needing to rent a thing. I left behind some anti-fog goop for future visitors. I was able to travel all the way around (and up!) Haleakala and hike the trails at the seven pools. The views on the south side are just incredible and I was able to find many of the waterfalls on the way to Hana. I went sailing to Molokini and wow is the water clear there. I'll be eating one of the pineapples I brought home today and looking through my pictures, wishing I was back there. I don't have much feedback about your place because it was perfect. All of your efforts in labeling were nice so I could make sure I put everything back where it came from (hopefully!). I left a big unopened box of bisquick for future waffle lovers and a large bottle of vegetable oil for anyone who follows your recipe. Thank you so much for making everything so easy! DP

It is a very clean, inviting and comfortable two bedroom/two bath condo corner unit. It has a great wrap around balcony that has spectacular views of the bay where turtles are swimming constantly. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything that you could imagine. We felt right at home. There are fans in every room and the bedroom with twin beds has a wall air conditioner which was very nice to have! The owners are very accomodating and pleasant. Everything they said was accurate! Napili is a ten minute drive from Kaanapali and a very quiet and relaxing place. If you want a lot of night life this wouldn't be the place for you. We enjoyed the simplicity and peacefulness of the area, the spaciousness of the bay and the nearby beach.

Very clean, very comfortable for 4 adults. The people were friendly, most kept to themselves. It felt private and was soooo relaxing! Let's start with the important stuff. Location and views. Napili point is about 45 minutes from the airport, although this can be a slow drive during rush hours as much of it is single lane. There is plenty of parking...This unit is elevated and has a wonderful ocean view from the living room and especially from the large wraparound balcony. We saw two full rainbows from the deck.The cove where sea turtles surface and eat is maybe 50 yards away as you look across one of the pools. This cove, called Honokeana Cove, has very, very good snorkeling. It is almost entirely protected from the surf and is often glassy smooth. Many sea turtles any time of day from smaller to 4 foot giants. Lots of colorful coral too but not a ton of fish. There is also a nice sand beach about a 5 minute walk north if you want to sun bathe and do a bit of splashing. Very nice for children as the waves aren't too big. They have nice furniture that is functional and comfortable. The king sized bed in the master was very comfortable. They normally have two twins in the second bedroom but they pushed them together with nice pad to make a king for my brother and his wife. Flat screen TVs in LR and in both bedrooms. A large round dining table that could seat 6 easily. A nice patio table set with seating for four. C-37 is very clean with lots and lots of supplies and a kitchen that is better equipped than my home. Leave your beach towels at home. Before you buy any supplies, check out the spices, pots, pans, silverware, toaster, blender, bottle openers, glasses, etc. in the condo. You will also find lots of different teas, sugars, coffees, filters, etc. Good size locking safe in master bedroom. Air conditioner in second bedroom which we never used. The tradewinds of 10 to 20 mph were blowing all the time after 12 noon or so. The unit was very comfortable with the windows open. Nice quiet fans in every room kept the air moving too......

    Another rave review on Trip Advisor this week! "C37 is HOME - not just a condo!" Chattanooga, TN - May 24, 2009 The owners of C37 at Napili Point in Maui know exactly how to make a guest feel comfortable. From the Bath Basket in the Master BR, to the labeled and well-equipped kitchen, the CD and DVD selections to the Guide Books, the comfortable decor and the closets full of Beach Equipment, everything one needs but a bathing suit has been provided at C37. The maid service was excellent, the location perfect. Out of the way of bustling Ka'anapali. Napili Point is close to excellent restaurants and convenient groceries. The view of Molokai and Lanai from the lanai is superb and the whales and turtles were right there for our entertainment. In Maui, you don't want to be anywhere else.

    Two emails received this week! Patty & Bill, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo at Napili Point - everything and more than we could have imagined. Perfect arrangement for my sister, husband and I. Best part of our trip so far (we're on Kauai now and I know I like Maui better!!). Couldn't find better snorkeling there or here than in your cove with all the different fish and turtles -we felt like Jacques Cousteau!! Saw whales breaching on several different days from the lanai. Fleming Beach and Lahaina were also highlights, as was snorkeling at Black Rock. When we're lucky enough to be able to return to Hawaii, we'll be sure to see if C37 is available - perfect in all ways. Mahalo and aloha.     Trip Advisor Review! Mar 19, 2009 "Wonderful place to stay! C37”Our extended family of 6 rented our 2 bedroom condo, unit C37, directly from the owner. Her website helped us in the planning process showing us video and still pictures of the unit. One of the great things about renting from the owner were all the "extras" already waiting for us in the condo. There were tons of plates, bowls, eating utensils, condiments, and dry goods waiting for us. Also they had beach equipment for our use along with coolers we used on our drive to Hana, tons of DVDs and CDs along with lots of books as well. For the next guests we left rum and various drink mixers.Since we were there during “whale season” we had the treat of watching the whales from our condo’s balcony. We had binoculars but we could see them clearly without them as well.There is snorkeling cove in front of the condo where the family snorkeled with sea turtles and the sandy beach is a little walk away. Please note the path to the beach is over uneven ground and not fit for strollers/wheelchairs but is a pretty walk next to the tide pools. There are two pools at the property which we used every day. They are medium size rectangle shaped pools with plenty of chairs and lounges. The gas BBQs are located right there at the pool area with a great view into the snorkel cove.The Napili Market is well stocked, decently priced and only a minute or two drive from the condo. We had no problem finding all we needed for our stay.PGA caliber golf 10minutes away in Kapalua and close by in Lahaina as well.The Gazebo restaurant at the Outrigger Napili Shores (next door) has a great breakfast but get there when they open or you will wait. We thougth it was worth the wait--a lot of great food for a decent price.Lahaina town is about a 15 minute drive away with tons of restaurants and shopping. We found a wonderful shave-ice stand right across the street from the free parking lot.I would definitely recommend this property and unit C37 to my friends (in fact I already have).

    TripAdvisor review! May 4,2006 Eastern, OKlahoma "Best Vacation Ever-Excellent Place to Stay" - My family and I just returned from an eight day stay at Napili Point on Maui. I did a lot of research before leaving and it all paid off. We rented condo C37 which is a privately held condo. It was a 2bd/2bath condo that was well supplied with cooking utensils and many extras. Our lanai overlooked a beautiful cove where the sea turtles loved to swim. The bay is a short walk, but had nice swimming and snorkling. My family and I explored several beaches and our favorites were Kapalua bay (about a mile away) and Honoloa Bay for swimming and snorkling. Our least favorite was Kaanapali. Napili Point had two well maintained swimming pools, BBQ grills at varying points. Our children are 7, 10, & 12 and they loved it as much as we did. I would recommend Napili Point and especially Condo C37.

    TripAdvisor Review - Oct 16, 2008 - Vancouver,WA We contacted the owner via their web page-which you can find by Googling. The condo was fabulous, well stocked with everything under the sun, and then some. Be sure to check out the entire condo before you go shopping; they have nearly everything you can think of. The view of the Ocean from their balcony was amazing and you could sit and watch the sea turtles in the lower cove. The condo itself has a great floor plan and was extremely comfortable. Napili is close to everything so don't feel that you can't stay here if you fly into the main airport; it's a short 20 min drive!! Have a great trip... We did.

    E-mail Received 7/12/2008 Hi Patty, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo in Napili. We couldn't have had a better time. Napili Point was perfect for our family. Every morning we went snorkeling with the Turtles and every afternoon we went boogie boarding in Napili Bay. We also took a ride around the other side of the island on a helicopter. Your condo made the trip especially nice because it was so comfortable, clean and well set up. Several nights we bar-b-que'd and really appreciated all the spices you had. We also used the two boogie board and chairs. I don't know if the future holds another trip to Hawaii for us, but we wouldn't consider staying any place else. Thanks very much! Let us know if you have any "specials" next summer. With the high cost of airfare, it might help us make a trip work out for us.

    TripAdvisor review June 5, 2008 - ltldawg, San Carlos I booked a vacation for 10 days through a website for Napili Point C37. Having not been to Maui in over 15 years I based my decision on the website for this particular unit. It is very detailed with pictures and amenity information. The unit by far exceeded my expectations. Although the web site is VERY nice it was even better when we arrived. The unit is very tastefully decorated, felt just like a home, had a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable furniture. The bedrooms had Tv's and there was an abundant amount of personal VCR movies and DVD's as well as an assortment of CD's to listen to. The lanai looks out over the cove which is stunning at sunset. The unit even had a large variety of snorkel gear and boogie boards so we did not have to rent any. This was the best vacation my family and I have been on. The owners even sent us an email before we left wishing us a wonderful time and good weather. One of my favorite things about the location was the beach which is a 5 minute walk, the Gazebo Restaurant( which is so worth the wait) and the snorkeling and swimming with the turtles in the cove. We never had to spend any additional money to go out snorkeling because it is outside your doorstep. I recommend this unit to anyone and can't wait to go back again.
