I came in for the 2011 Ironman with my wife and 3 other family members. The inside of the house is beautiful and it is very convenient to the waterfront and downtown. We are glad we came across this property when looking for a place to stay. I had excellent dealings with the owners and property manager who were easily accessible via e-mail and phone. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed in this property for 8 days in August 2010. This is an older house that was totally renovated. All aspects of the listing are correct and the pictures are accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. The home had everything required when we arrived. Home is located in a very queit area. My daughter loved to loft. The owner Theresa was very prompt to return emails and phone calls. In case of a problem there is a local contact (JoAnn) who was very helpful and polite. The location was a few short blocks to Sherman Ave where there are plenty of shops and places to eat. Also near by (within walking distance) is Tubb Hill, Coeur d'Alene Inn, and City Beach. Silverwood is a short drive away. There is a BBQ in the side yard and a fire pit in the back yard. We would stay at this property again and recommend to our friends.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Thank you for renting your beautiful house to us. Very relaxing, spacious and cozy. You were great to work with and made us feel very welcome with your easy process for renting and paying. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to CDA. Not a complaint at all about the house, good location, very clean, large and roomy, great beds, terrific living room for watching a late movie, and very nicely landscaped backyard for those late night smores around the pit. Our stay was great! Your rental met our needs perfectly and the kids loved the spiral staircase. My 4 year old daughter didn't want to leave! The house was very clean when we arrived. You did a great job on renovating the home and it doesn't look like you spared much expense in doing so. I'm sure you will have many happy renters! I have a couple of friends wanting to visit the Coeur d'alene area and I'm recommending they stay at your rental. The neighborhood is so nice and the kids loved having the little park only a block away.

This home was well suited for 4 triathletes visiting for the ironman race june 2009. everything is brand new and very clean and nice. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen/living space had plenty of room for us to eat and lounge around. this would be well suited for a group of 6, either 3 couples or a large family. i think young kids would enjoy the loft set up with spiral staircase! the owners made the rental process very easy - they were quick to respond and very easy going about it. overall a great experience! two thumbs up!
