Indian Point is off Poinciana Boulevard (behind the Kissimmee Wal-Mart)and is a residential as well as vacation rental neighborhood, with community pool, playground, and basketball court. The home has its own screened-in private pool and AND SPA which can be heated in the cooler months, along with a cover to keep it warm.
We have HIGHSPEED WIRELESS INTERNET - free. ( Can also be used with ethernet cable if you are not wireless).
The main gate for Disney is a ten minute drive - with easy access to the 535, Interstate 4, and Osceola Parkway. The other area attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of adventure, City Walk, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Wet and Wild, Blizzard Beach, Busch Gardens, International Drive, plus dinner shows etc. are all close by.
Grocery stores, shopping, etc. are convenient. The 24 hour Super Walmart in Kissimmee is less than five minutes away. There is an abundance of restaurants, steakhouses, fast food chains, fine dining, and buffet bars to choose from along the 192 area of Kissimmee. International Drive is a short drive for all the restaurants and activities in that area.
This Four bedroom pool home is tasteful furnished and fully-equipped for your stay. The master bedroom has a KING bed with cable TV, a door to the pool and the bathroom has twin vanities, corner garden tub, plus walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a double bed and again is ensuite. The third bedroom has 2 x twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 x twin beds - decorated in a beach theme. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub, shower, vanity and toilet.
The living room is centrally located with a view of the pool and has a cable TV plus DVD and VCR The home has a separate formal dining area, plus the kitchen is spacious with nook table and chairs, all appliances etc. The home has a 2 car garage for your use, washer and dryer.
We have tiled all bathrooms, Kitchen, dining area, and family room.
The pool extends across the back of the property, has triple sliding doors out to the Lanai area, so that you can sit outside in the shade or out of the rain! The patio deck has room for loungers, use the BBQ, or just and relax and eat out by the pool. The property is fully fenced and the garden kept nice with river rock landscaping, Florida palms etc. There is an gas pool heater for those who wish to heat the pool during the cooler months, plus a solar blanket to keep the pool warm once the heater is running.

* The home is under the care of a professional property management program. All beds are made up before your arrival, and a full clean is included in the rate.
