Our villa is located on the exclusive, sought after, development of Westridge in Davenport.

Westridge is an established residential area located less than 15 minutes from the main gates of the Disney Parks. It is a beautiful development of detached homes all set on their own large landscaped plots. Westridge is well maintained and benefits from its own communal sports area where you will find a large swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and children's play area.

Westridge is well set back from the main road through Davenport (I27) and our villa is in a quite and peaceful position, but also benefits from being well located for all the main attractions, shops and restaurants.


Accommodation Main Features
Our villa is situated on an over sized corner plot and is surrounded by mature, well landscaped, gardens and offers spacious accommodation of over 1500 sq ft, consisting in brief of the following:

King sized Master Suite: having full en-suite facilities with double sized shower cubical with seating area, a walk-in closet area and the bedroom also comes equipped with its own large cable TV, there are patio doors within the bedroom which open out directly onto the pool area. (Please note for added convenience the en-suite also has acts as the poolside bathroom having direct access to this area.) There is also a hairdryer included in the en-suite area.

Queen Bedroom: having large closet area and cable TV. Large picture window to the front aspect of the property.

Twin Bedroom: having large closet area and cable TV.

Twin Bedroom: Disney themed, having large closet area, Cable TV and Play-station II with games.
