This is one of the best vacation spots in the area. It's an immaculate 4 bed/2.5 bath two Story on 3rd St. Sleeps 8 (King, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins), but has room for possibly 10.All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living area is tremendously spacious. It comes with a Cabana Club Membership which allows you access to a private beach and pool (Great for kids).
It has a great dock with a fish cleaning station. You can fish right in the back of the property or hop on your boat and cruise to plenty of fishing hot spots.
Central A/C, washer/dryer, hi speed internet service, dishwasher. Private pool. (heat is additional).also includes 2 bicycles and a 2 person kayak.
Interconnecting door to other half of duplex, so this unit and the other half of the house can be rented together - if desired. together you could have 8 bedrooms.Perfect for family reunions.

Great location and large home. The dock out back was fantastic..kids fished from there daily. We even saw a Manatee and dolphins. Everything you needed was provided including a bait fridge. The bikes were a plus too and beach club membership was a definate bonus. Would go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Brought whole family -great view-all kinds of room-everyone loved it. would highly recommend this for a great get away.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this place!!! Brought our daughters and our grand kids down for a week, and we made use of all the "goodies". Kids fished off the dock,we all lounged around the pool, and used the bikes and kayak. We all loved going out to the Cabana Club and enjoying the sandy beach and grill. My daughters had been cooking in the huge kitchen and it had everything we needed. FYI , the owner Toni was a pleasure to work with. We will stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
