We had a great time in your Beautiful Cabin as you call it . The house was very nice and comfortable it felt like being in our own cabin . We enjoyed the outdoor space in back and went for a nice walk each morning . We invited some family to come over for some wine in the woods and fun was had by all . Would just like to say Thank You for our stay R & D in WisconsinRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Thank you for letting us stay in the Mountain House (what the kids called the home). Y'alls wonderful cabin was a perfect place to stay onour vacation. We spent a couple of days out in Atlanta and a few days enjoying the peaceful time out in the woods. The kids had a great time on the horses (1st time), the waterfall and trails. We all enjoyed looking and finding the deer, especially the babies. The only problem was the narrow roads. Everytime on the roads my husband would say "I wish these roads were wider", ha! ha! ha! Thanks again for a great stay away fromeverything back at home.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We enjoyed staying in your beautiful cabin. If only it had been a bit colder- 70 degrees in December- who'd have thought it possible! But it made our outings nicer and a picnic be a rushing stream perfect!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Our 3rd stay at your beautiful house was just as wonderful as the first two. We had so much fun kayaking, shopping, and socializing with the deer. We even convinced my dad to join us on one of our trail rides. We cannot rave enough about how amazing Vikki and her staff are. The horses are definatly one of the many reasons we continue to venture here. Thank you so much for allowing us to share in you little piece of heaven. See ya next year!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Jon and I had a spledid time in your mountain paradise. The experience was a first for us, and what a great adventure it was! We were able to relax, relate and reconnect and it was exactly what we needed. I believe this will be a trip we remember for a very long time! Thank you for opening up this slice is heaven to us. The arrangements were flawless, the accommodations very clean, and your responsiveness, hard to come by in these days. Thanks again for everything!Did you find this review helpful? Owner info
Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We own a real estate brokerage in the Buckhead/ Brookhaven area of Atlanta. Since purchasing our cabin, we're frequently asked to help others buy property in Bent Tree and we're happy to help! We share our home and cabin with our purebred Maine Coon cat, Sky Blue.
Why the Owner Chose Bent Tree:
Being property (lot) owners since 1993 we always rented other's homes and had various different experiences, until we found Sleepy Hollow. It was delightfully private, peaceful, and very secluded. A wonderful, romantic getaway from Atlanta. Spending just two nights felt like a week's worth of relaxation. After several years of being a 'regular' the owners contacted us and asked if we'd like to buy it. We said 'yes' and the rest is history! We've loved every minute of adding our personal touches, like adding family artwork, accessories, new lighting, bedding and of course kitchen gadgets. We love to cook. Best of all, Bent Tree is truely about an hour away but a world apart!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Finding Sleepy Hollow the first time can be a bit of a challenge. When we first visited it was the only house on a 1/2 mile circle. We now have a few neighbors but we're all spread out. Our 1.5 acres coupled with the unbuildable lots insures us lots of privacy but not isolation. The kitchen is very well equipped and grilling out happens year round. The golf course is very challenging for this golfer! Enjoying a 'cold one' by the pool after a round wraps up the afternoon. Morning hikes are a great time to check out the waterfalls, wildlife and delicate woodland flowers. A perfect ending is a dip in the hot tub to relax those worked out muscles. Crisp mountain air provides a soothing sleep experience. If its a full moon you can take a midnight stroll, no flashlight needed!
