Furnished to create an elegantly decorated executive air conditioned villa with two luxurious lounge areas, fully equipped spacious kitchen, elegant dining area for 6 people, breakfast nook overlooking the pool area, 4 bedrooms - 1 King size, 1 Queen size - both ensuite with cable TV and cordless telephone, 1 hard to find bedroom which has a double bed and a twin, ideal for three families/couples or for a couple who prefer to sleep in with their little one and 1 twin bedroom. We also have three bathrooms, fully air conditioned games room and a south facing, secluded oversize pool with large sun deck and private views over woodland conservation area with a bathroom serving the pool area.
We pay for ALL your local telephone calls and you have FREE access to Wi-Fi broadband internet connection, so no need to be out of touch with friends and family!!
The villa is covered with a full security alarm system.
Our home is in a woodland conservation area which the swimming pool overlooks, making it a very private & tranquil location at Tuscan Ridge on US Highway 27. A Countryside retreat that is around 12 minutes away from Disney World and all the attractions including Universal Studios, Sea World and Discovery Cove approx 25 minutes away.
All the Villas in our area are beautifully furnished, however, a lot of the villas are overlooking their neighbours. We chose 'TRANQUILLITY HOUSE ' because of it's position on the border of the development. One of the last to be built and a bit more expensive to purchase, because of it's location, the views and the privacy from all angles including the pool area we enjoy make it worth every penny we spent. Trust me !!

After many happy holidays in Orlando with my Wife Eileen, my daughter, son in law & two granddaughters and staying in Disney Hotels we felt so at home we decided to buy a permanent home for our visits.
We decided we wanted a Luxury Executive Villa in a Countryside location that was tranquil and quiet and just far enough away from the excitement when we wanted to relax.
So in 2005 we started looking which was a much bigger job than we first anticpated because we were looking for that 'special' place which proved very elusive ......

' TRANQUILITY BASE '
HOW WE FOUND IT..........NO FAIRY STORY.
After days looking at Villas, houses, Condos, Mobiles, Caravans, Plots, Building Sites, Developments, New Homes, Re-sale Homes, we were dizzy, my feet hurt and I was HOT!! I just wanted to get on with the holiday I had promised my family.
We arrived at yet another villa to view - it looked OK. Sure, it seemed a nice area but there are a lot of nice areas in Florida and my feet said we had seen most of them. We unloaded from the car and made our way to the front door. The salesman was doing his usual talk but my ears had gone numb hours ago. He took the family off to see the Master Bedroom with the King Size this and the ensuite that.....
I headed alone for the back of the house towards the pool area. I walked on to the pool deck - and then I heard it - nothing - not a sound!
I sat down at the table and looked out at the view and in that moment..........I knew !!
Not an experience you can describe in a brochure or on the web, it's something locked inside you.
So there you have it, we bought it. It's ours. End of story !! But it doesn't have to be. Come and be our guests you'll find out for yourselves !! You may be in Disney World.......but this is no Fairy Story......George was right !!

We honestly believe we have one of the best homes,in one of the best locations, on one of the best developments in the area........ but we would say that wouldn't we.
But its not just us saying that........our guests are too!!
Look out from the pool deck at the countryside view and beyond that the woodlands where bear cubs have been seen....and not a house in sight.
Lay on a sun lounger and watch the Turkey vultures ride the thermals.
Early morning watch the hot air balloons float by.
Take a dip in our oversize swimming pool which is South facing so always in the sun.
Supermarkets, Chemist, Restaurants, Gas Station, Golf Courses are all just 5 minutes away including the newly built ChampionsGate Complex which hosts the Greg Norman designed golf course.
20 minutes will see you at Disney main entrance and the Gulf Coast or Atlantic Coast both within the hour.

Dear George Just thought I'd drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Florida. Your villa once again, was a lovely place to come home to after our hectic days in Disney etc. Chloe and Sadie loved your new games room and we all enjoyed the relaxing pool and scenery.

The villa was extremely comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. The pool area was secluded and quiet which we really appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending the villa to others.

"Tranquility House was the perfect Florida villa for us, it was well placed for all the attractions and was situated in a quiet, tidy development. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities you need including a great games room and a lovely pool that was also very clean and well maintained. The villa felt like a real home-from-home and we enjoyed coming back from a long day at the parks and relaxing in the lounge with its comfy sofas and TV. George was excellent and communication was easy and quick. We can thoroughly recommend this villa and would have no hesitation in going back."
