Just mere seconds from skiing, this 5000 s.f. 4 bedroom, 5 bath home is great for the winter and summer vacation. Off the shuttle route the home has plenty of parking for numerous cars, just 1 mile from the casinos and downtown South Lake Tahoe. Several hiking and mountain biking trails just right out of the back door, cozy, comfy living room with fireplace, large screen television, gas bbq on the back deck, and sleeper sofa in the living room for alternate bed space. The home sits on an acre of land with a small stream running through the back yard which makes for a PERFECT wedding setting. Ample space for wedding parties and receptions, reunions, more than enough parking for many vehicles
The master bedroom has a king and queen bed, bedroom 2 a queen, bedroom #3 has 2 twin over double bunk beds, bedroom #4 a queen and twin bed and in the living room a queen size sofa sleeper and futon downstairs.
The kitchen is very spacious with seating at the dining room table for 8 plus bar seating for an additional 6. Additional seating can be supplied upon request only.
