Looking for a family getaway? Come and enjoy our spacious (over 1500 sf) two-bedroom condo. This condo is situated in Keystone Lakeside Village.
Through its full glass wall this unit offers amazing mountain views of the ski slopes and Snake river. Shuttle bus can take you to the ski lifts in 5 minutes. Enjoy skiing/boarding during the day and/or night.
There is a private ski locker down at first floor in our Decatur building. Keystone offers the only night skiing in Summit County! Right next to Decatur building, there is the Keystone Lake. Keystone Lake offers paddle boating, kayaking and canoing during the summer. In the winter months, Keystone Lake becomes ice skating rink. It is the largest outdoor maintained skating rink in North America. Skate rentals are available at the Keystone Adventure Center. You'll never forget the fun! The lights turn on at night, so you can skate late into the evening.
Restaurants of every type, coffee shop, ice cream shop, convenience store, ski rentals, shopping of every type and night life are just steps from your door.

We just got back from a wonderful three night stay at this condo in the Decatur Lodge in Lakeside Village. It was perfect for our family of five. It is in pristine condition, beautifully decorated yet still plenty cozy. We wondered if we were the first guests there after its remodel. The living room is spacious, with a large flat screen TV (we watched the Super Bowl there and it was great) and a huge L-shaped, super-comfortable fold-out couch. There is another little "bench bed" right off the kitchen, perfect for a young child. If you have young children or a large family, this could comfortably sleep 7 or 8, perhaps even 10 if you used the couch space. The bedrooms are large and private, with comfortable beds and flat screen TVs on the walls. The bathrooms had great showers and beautiful granite tilework throughout. There is a deck with a gas grill, though it was too cold for us to make use of it. There is also a wood-burning fireplace, and it is fully stocked with wood, though we didn't make use of it due to having small children. The location is great, too. A short walk to all the shopping and attractions of Lakeside Village, and yet you can see the slopes from the panoramic kitchen and living room windows, where you can watch the night skiing as you eat dinner. An indoor pool and hot-tub are located a short walk from the building. A ski shuttle bus passes directly in front of the lodge, though we chose to simply drive 2 minutes to the Montezuma lot. I can't really think of anything negative, other than that there is no indoor parking for non-owners, which became an issue when the temperature dropped to -28 degrees one night, and my car wouldn't start the next morning. But Keystone guest services promptly sent someone to jump it, so no big worries. Otherwise, it met our needs completely, a great family vacation home, comfortable with great style and great location. We'd stay there again anytime, and are already talking about booking for next winter.
