I was pleasently surprised when I arriveed at Lakeside Villa. The view of the lake is stunning and the house is just a few feet from the lake. The inside of the house was warm and inviting with an entry porch and a very nice kitchen just inside and to the left. The living room was comfortable with a view of the patio, the hot tub, grille, table and the lake. We stayed 12 nights and would like to have stayed longer. it is only about 10min. to Kenai and the river. While we were there we saw at least 5 moose and 3 moose babies. We saw 2 bear cubs, a carabou and many bald eagles. The beds were comfortable and the burgundy linen is new. The Hot Tub was very warm and comfortable.
