  I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful house. The space was beautiful and huge, just like you said. The rooms were so accommodating and spacious for the whole party. The location was amazing too. We were able to use all the amenities of the Shawnee Inn and took full advantage of the jacuzzi there. The slopes, directly across the street, were beautiful. We had some warm skiing weather and the lodge was a great time too.? I will definitely recommend you and your property to any friends need

  We had a great time last weekend in the Poconos.The rain stopped Saturday and Sunday so the guys got in 2 rounds of golf. The accommodations were great. We appreciate all the little things that were available. Stuff that you usually forget to bring like liquid soap, dish towels, soap for dishes paper towels, etc. We were ale to use the grill outside and there was plenty of propane. Also, there were plenty of linens. We left them near the downstairs bathroom and I left the cleaning fee (tip) on the kitchen counter. If we do this golf outing next year, we will certainly will want to rent the house again.

  Hi Kay Here is what we have to say about the cabin you provided us. "We had been here for a get-together. It is a very nice and very accomodating place. Surronding is very beautiful. They have a jacuzzi, gas grill, a big deck and a well equipped kitchen. Kay also provided us with clean linens and towels on request.   My friends and i were so excited to come to this house, Kay is amazing, explains every detail and answers emails and phone calls right away. The house was very clean had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful 3 day vacation. We are all planning on going back for winter break. I am so excited!

  Thank you Bud and Kay for a beautiful, big house for our race weekend. As you said, Kay...it was fairly close to Pocono Raceway. It took us about a half hour to get there and it was a beautiful ride. This house was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 6 teenagers. Having you supply the linens for a small fee was perfect as the bed sizes dont always match the ones we have at home. Your house directions were perfect as well. We were able to see deer and wild turkeys and it was so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night as well. Thank you again for all of your quick responses from the time we were first inquiring.

  This place was actually a lot bigger than it looks. Everyone in my group thought it was a great place for the price and had a lot of room, I guess my mind was expecting something of the New York spacing. Also very close by to shawnee, which was great when we wanted to go snowboarding.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  The house clearly resembled how the owner described it. The location was exactly where we wanted to be, an opportunity to get away from the ustle and bustle of the city. The property was clean and well maintained. There were a great number of activities for people of all ages, we had multiple children present and they were never without excitment.

  My family and friends love the Poconos...We come here very often and I think we found our new dream vacation house...Bud & Kay are truly the best host...Really great in communication...They have welcomed their home to us and made us feel right at home...Their house is very well presentable as if it's your own house...Very clean and homey...I love the spot coz you get a lil privacy from the neighbors...Would def come back again in the winter time...Thanks again for letting us stay at your place...You made our vacation truly memorable one...

  With family located from Cape Cod to Falls Church, Virginia; and ranging in age from 5 months to 87 years, we decided to meet half way. Bud and Kay's Pocono Chalet was the perfect choice for us. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, large great room with plenty of seating for all to gather, and a comfy den for a smaller group or a quiet "escape" from all the excitement. Kitchen was very well equipped, deck spacious, the long dining table just what we needed. We found the Shawnee Inn charming, lots of restaurant choices very close to the house, and wonderful walking and hiking trails nearby. Excellent communication and easy rental transaction. We hope to be return later this year and thank you very much for providing the setting for a most memorable family gathering
