The main floor:
Fully equipped kitchen w/double ovens and a stone enclosed gas cooktop.
Master bedroom w/sitting area and gas fireplace. Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub along with a separate shower and California closet.
Formal dining seats six with a one of a kind mermaid table.
Study area has sleeper sofa along with extra dining seating and a great gaming table.
Half bath off of living room entertainment area.
Living Room features a big screen TV with surround sound.
The second floor:
2 Queen Bedrooms w/LCD TV & DVD & walk-in closet

We have several beach toys along with unbrellas, chairs and bags to help you take these items to the beach! There is an extra refrigerator and separate ice maker in the garage to fill up your coolers!
Bella Retreat is three houses away from the Destiny Clubhouse pool, hot tubs & tennis courts. The clubhouse also features a state of the art fitness center, playground and a IMAX movie theater. Even though we are not right on the beach, we have a golf cart that will take you to it in minutes. Our location is a private corner lot with lush landscaping with a large Jenn Aire gas grill in the backyard. We are less than 2 miles from the Mid Bay Bridge area that features the Destin Commons shopping area and Bass Pro. We are also 5 miles away from the outlet mall. Our driveway will fit 4 cars. Sorry, no trailer or overnight street parking.
Bella Retreat also has a 48 Ft private charter fishing boat that could be rented for the day or week. Our captain has over 25 years experience in the Destin area! Email for more information.
