Bright, cheery and clean, this unit has been taken care of lovingly and as a fellow beach vacationer has everything you would need.
Break away from drab and enjoy inspired colors and stylish decorating when inside and the beautiful natural surroundings from your window and glass front entry. The balcony facing the ocean is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise with a table for 4 to eat breakfast watching the surf.
If you can't pull yourself away from work completely, there is high speed internet access also. Great vido, DVD and CD library for casual evenings after an active day on the beach. You will enjoy this special little get away.

- 4x4 beach access within half a mile at Freeman Park for camping and cookouts with contained fires. There is also a fishing pier just before the entrance to the park. The NC Aquarium on the south end of the island is a great place to visit as well as Historical Ft. Fisher and a Ferry to Southport. There are great restaurants in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, a movie theater, shops and many other activities in nearby Wilmington. Carolina Beach puts on fireworks and movies weekly during the summer, free for all to enjoy around the lake. You will also enjoy the park on the beach for great biking and hiking, lots of trails.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
Most of you beach goers on the east coast will appreciate the difference in waves and surf from state to state and North Carolina has some great ones, Carolina Beach included. To be on white soft sand on a sunny day watching the waves roll in and surfers have some fantastic rides, well it is perfect.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
My condo is one level up and just across the street from the beach. You can be on your towel, book in hand in less than 5 minutes. Also, you may enjoy going to the pool which is directly behind my building. There are great restaurants and places to go for a mojito or margarita in the late afternoon or a great cup of coffee in the morning. It's casual at this beach which I enjoy for when it is time to take off, you should spend your time having fun, no worries about dress codes or time schedules. Bring your flip flops.

Happiest at the beach so as I dreamed so I found my way towards this adorable oceanview condo, perfect for a quick getaway or entertaining and enjoying special times with a couple other friends and/or family. I searched for 2 years along the east coast (it wasn't really that much drudgery going to various beaches) but this place you see advertised is the one that caught my heart so I purchased it in 2005. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I love this place and of course I am a little bias but I have dreamed of living at the beach and it finally came true. I put everything new into it including a cushy mattress for the bed, new furniture, kitchen appliances and kichen ware, dishes, bowls, utensils, you name it. I want to go there and have everything feel like new down to the steamer for fresh shrimp. I know there can be a surprise rain now and then so I also left some great DVD's, Videos and CD's for indoor entertainment. In the outdoor closet you can find plenty of beach chairs and even an easy set up small cabana and skimmer. For you that like bocce ball, there is a set there for you to enjoy. I hope you have a great time and enjoy the sound of the waves when you sleep and first cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. I really like that too and of course all of that in the middle is fun on the beach.
