Pinewood Country Club is the friendly pines community of Northern Arizona. There is golfing, tennis, a park with a playground, and basketball courts less than a mile away from the cabin. Cook out on the gas grill or check out the Lone Pine Restaurant (bar and grill) for Karaoke and a Fish Fry on most summer weekends. You can also dine out at Pinewoody's (pizza) just down the road from the cabin. Flagstaff is just 18 miles away and you can be in Oak Creek/Sedona in under 40 minutes. In the winter you can hit the slopes at Snowbowl in under 45 minutes. A trail head in the Coconino National Forest is within walking distance. The forest can also be accessed and enjoyed on a mountain bike or ATV.
We are members of the Pinewood Country Club, which is just one mile from the cabin. As our guests you will have access to the restaurant and bar, swimming pool, fitness center and kid's recreation room. If you would like to use this facility we will need a list of each guest in your party. The guest fee is $5 per person, per day. Children under 6 are free. There is so much to do here or just stay and relax! Downtown Flagstaff is only twenty minutes away and has lots to offer such as golf, shopping, restaurants, hiking, mountain biking, and more! Located an hour from the Grand Canyon, you could take a quick day trip to one of the seven wonders of the world.
This Home is great for groups such as boy scouts or girl scouts, as it can accommodate 20 if they have sleeping bags! Cul-de-sac lot, very quiet and peaceful! Close to lake!

Never again would I stay here.

We arrived at this property on Saturday to find the refrigerator, microwave and one of the bathrooms dirty and the trash can outside full. The smoke detector downstairs was disassembled. The advertisment indicates cable/satellite television; there was none. This wasn't good because my family couldn't watch the playoffs for football. The intention was to have the kids stay in the gameroom; the tv in there didn't work and the pool sticks were broken. The hockey table pictured in the advertisement was not in the room; it was in the garage in pieces. The electricity in the game room went out the first night; we weren't able to get the electricty back on until the next morning. The upstairs bedroom closet had dirty clothes, blankets and a beer can like someone was living in it. The cushion on the chairs for the dining room table were supposed to be white but they were stained. I have rented places several times and have never had these problems with the property. I e-mailed the property manager; who was going to forward it to the owner who has not responded to my concerns. I wouldn't recommended this property to anyone in the condition it was in.
