Located in South Orleans, this is an excellent house for one family or two, with 4 bedrooms total: a queen bed and two twins in the two bedrooms downstairs, a queen bed in the master bedroom upstairs, and bunk beds and a twin in the other bedroom upstairs. Door to stairs keeps it quiet in the morning.
Spacious flat yard in front and back is fun for kids. Sunny dining room with a slider to the deck and gas grill. Comfortable family room for relaxing after the beach. Hard wood floors downstairs, wall-to-wall carpet upstairs. Fully renovated in 2005.
We are approximately five miles from Nauset Beach by back roads-- no downtown traffic or lights to get through. We are three minutes from Captain's Golf Course, one of the top ten public courses in the country. Nickerson State Park, numerous lakes, Stop and Shop (Harwich), and downtown Orleans are all between 5-10 minutes.

be flexible.
Weekend and offseason rates: Winter: $300/weekend. Spring: $1050/week or prorated.
$300 deposit fully refunded as long as there is no damage or
extra cleaning.
