This beautiful home is located across from Pineview Lake; all the windows from this home have breathtaking views of the mountains and lakes.
The house is well spaced out, with four bedrooms, three and a-half bathrooms, two large living rooms, a family room and bar. The home also has a spacious rumpus room with a full size pull-out bed.
Also located around the house are several cozy retrieving rooms to relax in.
Two of the bathrooms have large Jacuzzi tubs and walk-in shower stalls.
The house has the finest gourmet kitchen, with commercial cooking stove! This kitchen is fully stocked with all the required cooking vessels and utensils, plate setting and eating utensils for sixteen people.
A ten minute drive to “Snowbasin Ski resort” home of the 2002 Downhill Winter Olympics, this resort has recently built a great jump park for the more adventurous snowboarders and skiers!
The house is ten minutes away from Powder Mountain, which is renowned for its skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding and snow walks.
The Nordic valley is five minutes away; this area includes a jump park, small ski slopes and is a popular spot for the locals.
During the Summer months, Pineview lake is active with skiers, fishermen and all boating activities. The dock is a 5 min walk from the house.
This place is equally as fun during the summer and winter months.
The spectacular views of the valley from this house are unrivaled.
