I took my daughter to Chicago for college visits. This apartment gave us the true feel of city living and was close to subway and L lines. We walked to Millennium Park, explored the museums and lake front and had great shopping right outside our door. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The ceilings were hight and windows let lots of natural light in. I would come back and recommend this place to others visiting.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in November. The condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and we had no trouble making breakfasts and cooking dinners there. The large windows allow lots of light into the living area. Windows are well-sealed so street noise is kept at a minimum. The location is perfect - within a block or 2 to all the subway lines and many bus lines on State Street. It is a short walk to the Art Institute and Millennium Park. All email communications with the owner were promptly replied in detail. The owner is very easy to deal with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

The condo is lovely and in a great loaction. Our problem was that it was not clean when we arrived. I am not that picky of a person ,but the mirrors and floors were dirty, the shower curtain had mold and the kitchen sink had food stuck all over.
Owner response:We have never received a complaint regarding the cleanliness of the condo until now. It has always been cleaned by the same people. The shower curtain was changed and the cleaning people may have overlooked this, but I inspected the condo personally afterwards and other than the shower curtain, all other claims were false. Unfortunately, sometimes people have their own issues.

We stayed in this condo for a week in August and had an amazing stay. The condo was close to everything! It was easy to get to from the airport and was literally a minute from two main subway lines which allowed us to explore Chicago easily. The condo was very clean and quiet, and the A/C worked very well. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was also very handy. The owner was great to communicate with and answered all of our questions about our stay. If we are ever back in Chicago we will definitely stay here again!

What can i say about this place?! The apt is perfect, building has new feel, safe secure entry, clean lobby, nice (perfectly working) lifts. condo is lovely, clean, modern, and well worth the price asked of it. Facilities perfect: washer/dryer, full kitchen, cable tv, internet access. There is a gym....although we didnt venture down there. Neighbourhood is great; 2 blocks from millenium park; across from macy's, old navy,etc; on major bus/trolley route to navy pier, michigan ave (mag mile), sears tower, the beach, the lake; also on the red line of subway...which leads you pretty much anywhere. I cant recommend the condo and the people who own it highly enough; a pleasant and relaxing vacation experience. We felt at home and if i am ever back in chicago and i hope i am able to stay there again.
