  Just returned from a 6 night stay at this beautiful condo. Our family of 5 found it to be extremely relaxing. The decor is amazing. We have vacationed in Gulf Shores for the past 20 years....both summer and winter seasons......There is always plenty to do no matter what season you choose. This was our first stay in a condo East of Hwy 59......the location was perfect. Well within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Clint was very easy to work with and the reservation process was very simple. We hope to return to this unit during the summer of 2013.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  My husband, myself and our two teen-aged boys just returned from a wonderful vacation in Gulf Shores. We owe a big thanks to Clint and his wife for allowing us to rent their beautiful condo in San Carlos. The condo itself is very clean with nice ammenities. Renting from Clint and his wife was very easy. Clint even called us during our stay to make sure all was well, since the area was experiencing uncommon amounts of rain during the first few days of our stay. The location of the condo to the beach couldn't be better. The master bedroom along with the family room both lead to a balcony that provides a beautiful view of the ocean, where we enjoyed our coffee each morning.There is parasailing, tubing and jet skiing available right next to the condo along with the famous Sea N Suds restaurant. We would highly recommend renting this condo and hope to have the opportunity ourselves to rent this condo from Clint and his wife in the future.

  We stayed in this wonderful condo for 2 months and had a fantastic time. The condo was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Because the weather was so mild this winter, the ceiling fans came in very handy. The owners are very responsive and easy to rent from. We will definitely be back next year for another two months. Thank you for making our first snow bird experience so nice.

  We had the oppportunity to stay in this condo during Shimp Festival 2011, and I must say that we couldn't have asked for better accomodations or location! Upon our arrival to the condo, we found it to be immaculate and freshly-cleaned. There was more than enough room for our party of 5. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the Shrimp Festival and all the other local shops and restaurants. The process of renting this condo was so easy. I've rented from the owners before and stayed at their location at Crystal Shores West (which is another FANTASTIC 3-bedroom condo in Gulf Shores), and each time, the process was flawless. Very nice people to rent from, and you can tell they've taken great care to provide everything you need for your vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo at San Carlos and the unit at Crystal Shores West (which is on the 15th floor with beac-front view AND views of the lagoon from the wrap-around balcony that are absolutely BREATHTAKING!!) I plan to rent from them in the future every chance I get.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  We just returned from staying in this lovely condo. We had a great time. It is large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Just puts you in "beachy" mood! Thanks again for sharing your place with us.
