  We had a wonderful experience staying at Cozy Pines during the Christmas break. The cabin is in a beautiful location, very well equipped for our stay and beautiful! Carol is great to deal with and even called to make sure we made it to the cabin and that we were comfortable. The cabin was decorated for Christmas including a tree, this was a great surprise and our 4 month old twin granddaughters loved the lights. The location is great if you want to ski or tube but also close enough to shopping and restaurants. This rental was by far the best we have ever had and we will definitely be returning next time we travel to Ruidoso. I highly recommend this cabin!!

  This was a nice place to stay for our family ski vacation. The Christmas tree was lovely, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots, etc. Plenty of towels and washcloths, and availability of washer/dryer was a big plus. There was plenty of toilet paper available (much appreciated) except please never buy that thin, stiff kind. The place could really use a thorough cleaning--lots of dust and dirty baseboards and carpet. Might consider repairing the stairs to be less steep and prevent falls. Overall we really enjoyed it and appreciate the use of Cozy Pines!

  My family of seven stayed here the week of 8/18/2012 through 8/25/2012. The home is clean and well furnished. Everything was in good working order. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no problem cooking in several nights. It rained several nights during our stay so having covered decks was great. Perfect location to enjoy Ruidoso but far enjoy out to avoid any traffic congestion. We enjoyed the frequent visits from the Mule Deer and a fox on several nights. The owners were very helpful in getting us access to area clubs and responded quickly to any inquiries. Would definitely recommend this property and will book again for future visits.

  Our group of ten (4 adults, 6 children) loved our stay here. The home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and there was plenty of cupboard space. The bedrooms were all roomy and had nice furnishings. We especially liked the one minute drive to Ski Run Road!

  We rented this house off the internet, but once I spoke to the owners by phone I knew we had made the right choice. They were very helpfull in answering all our questions! The listing photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities and some! It was extremely clean and well maintained and I would recomend this property to anyone. It was perfect for our family and grandchildren and we made some beautiful memories that will be cherished forever! It was their very first time to ski and really be around snow so the Winter Park Tubing Park was a perfect place to start and just right across the highway from us, then on to the Ski Apache, 12 miles away. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home and we hope to be back soon!!

  We had the best mini vacation in this wonderful home. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The owners have thought of everything--from the linens to the clear written instructions. We rarely ate in a restaurant because we enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Everyone could participate. The living area is open and warm and we spent countless hours there catching up with our friends. The location was great with a lake view. You felt like you were away from it all, yet you could be in town or on one of the numerous golf courses in just a few minutes. Next time, we hope to be able to stay a little longer.

  We recently had a family reunion at this wonderful cabin. Ages ranged from mid 70's to 11 years old and all had a wonderful time. From sitting on one of the three decks to exploring the lake and valley below, all had plenty to do. The cabin had everything we needed and the Lewis family made the whole rental process easy. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

  We rented this great cabin in February, 2010. Three couples stayed and we still had room left over. The house was immaculate when we arrived and it was so cozy and well equipped we could have brought a lot less than we did. My three yr. old granddaughter loved it and started calling it home by the second day and cried when we had to leave. She had a whole herd of deer to feed the whole time we were there. The owners are very, very helpful and we hope to stay here many more times. We want to come during the summer and fish in the lake.
