A lot of people are hesitant to make reservations because of oil spill worries. We will be glad to book your reservation with the understanding that your money will be fully refundable if the oil spill reaches Pinnacle Port before your dates get here or for the days it might affect you. The oil spill is not a threat at th[s point and we feel sorry that someone who really wanted to go to Pinnacle Port cancelled early thinking he could not get his money back if it actually got there. We want to make it clear that if this should happen at the last minute you can get your money back.
We offer you a bargain without sacrificing beauty. The location is overwhelmingly beautiful. It is right on the beach inside the Carillon/Pinnacle Port gated community composed of expensive Victorian style beach homes, in the tower at Pinnacle Port, one of the most beautiful gulf front condominium complexes in the Panhandle.
This is a great place to spend a vacation, honeymoon, anniversary, or have family fun. We offer you this beautiful spot beside the beach at a price that will not destroy your budget but leave room in it for you to pay your gas bill and have money to eat out, shop and enjoy all the activities available at Panama City Beach.
For only $850/week during peak summer season, plus 11% tax and $65 clean up fee you can enjoy what others would pay much more for. Shorter or longer stays are available as well. Off season rates and booking information are listed later.
We offer adaptable facilities that promote togetherness. Our possible three bedroom unit at a one bedroom price is a one time opportunity that we are offering to those who love the beach and each other.
In order to convert this one bedroom unit into a three bedroom unit, we provide a queen size Murphy bed in the living room that lets down into a comfortable bed. The separate dining room will accommodate one or two queen size comfortable air mattresses when the table and chairs are moved aside if you have more than four people in your party.
The unit is newly decorated and remodeled. The bedroom and dining room look out onto the beach and the shaded balcony off the living room has a spectacular view of Carillon Beach and Panama City Beach from Pinnacle Port all the way to Thomas Drive. It has a table and chairs if you enjoy outside dining.
Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores and pharmacies, Wachovia Bank, several restaurants, and shops as well as the shops and restaurants at Carillon are within walking distance. A number of excellent golf courses are available nearby.
Pier Park, the new shopping village at the beach offers numerous department stores, small shops., restaurants, and a 16 screen movie theater. Destin with the largest outlet mall in the country is only a short drive to the west.
Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove Beach, and other interesting seaside villages are nearby with shops and restaurants on 30A just three miles to the west.
There are lots of things to do at Panama City for the whole family. Gulf World offers a chance to get up close with sea life.
Parasailing, deep sea fishing and many excellent restaurants and shops are nearby, but the relaxing beauty of the white sand and emerald green water within the Carrillon Beach/Pinnacle Port gated community remain the greatest attraction.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1977
Hank is a retired United Methodist Minister. Grace is a writer and artist. We have five children, seventeen grand chlldren and nine great grandchildren, all of whom love Pinnacle Port and have spent many a happy vacation at our condo. Our condo was completely remodeled last year and looks completely new. We have travelled abroad many times and preached in many countries. Our children and grandchildren are also world travelers and one lives in Switzerland. One son is an Emergency Physician in Knoxville, TN. the other is an International Evangelist. One daughter is a retired Elementary teacher in Decatur, AL married to a college professor. One is a writer, artist and lecturer who helped her husband to organize Christian fellowships on university campuses all over the world. The other daughter is a businesswoman married to a lawyer/businessman in Austin, Texas, Among the grandchildren are university graduates already engaged in worthwhile professions or pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in medicine, physics, and other fields. One is still in High School.
All of them love the beach. The great grandchildren say, "That's really my beach" to which the others reply, "No that's really my beach, I just let you come, too" If you want to have a fantastic family vacation, this is where to have it.
Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port
We love the beautiful white sand and turqouise water of the Gulf. Panama City Beach is within easy driving distance of our home. We have a host of friends here and enjoy spending the winter here ourselves as well as visits at other times of the year. Gulfview United Methodist Church is nearby and we enjoy that fellowship a lot.

We have been staying in this condo for over thirty years. It is the only place that we stay in Panama City Beach. It is quiet, a real family get-away. Our children are now taking their children to the same beach that they grew up wanting to go to. We just returned from another family visit to A-118. We had an outstanding week with our children, grandchildren, niece and her children, and my wife's sister. Hope you have as great a visit as we just had. Bill Rudolph
