Enjoy casual summer living in picturesque town of New Suffolk located on Long Island’s North Fork. The house is on one acre property on Jackson Street with sweeping views of Peconic Bay, Robin's Island and the South Fork. The front lawn leads down to 100 feet of private sandy beach. The water is very calm, with no strong tides so its great for young children swimming.
The house has a wide deck, with redwood lounge chairs surrounding three sides, and a teak dining table.. which can seat 8-10 people...perfect for entertaining friends and dining alfresco.
The house is perfect for large families. The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the top level with a private bath and there are 4 bedrooms and a pullout couch on the lower level...1 bedroom has a queen and the other 3 have 2 twin beds each.
We allow well behaved, friendly dogs. Sorry no cats.
We value peace and quiet and discourage parties and loud music. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. There is NO SMOKING permitted in the house.

This was a beautiful property! A great - and clean! - house with plenty of space and common rooms for the entire group. The backyard leads down to a perfect little private beach right on the very calm water. The bedrooms are just as described - enough beds for a group of 12 to sleep comfortably. The shops and town are just a quick 5-10 minute drive -- there's a (very small) pub about a 1/2 mile from the house. This is the perfect beach house for a group who is happy hanging out and relaxing at the house...we didn't try sightseeing or going out, but had plenty of space to relax outside and inside. Very easy to communicate with the owners! All in all, I definitely recommend booking this property!

a special place for a large family vacation. private beach, wonderful deck , huge lawn - great for kids . the vineyards, the farmstands, ledgends restaurant in new suffolk and peconic bay.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
