The Unique Benefits of this House
Built in 1900, this is one of the oldest cedar shake homes on the island. The other unique part of this house is it's location. You are not in the normal crowded-in small lots with big houses all around you. It is quiet, close to the beach, but a "real get-away." Just like "old Avalon" used to be!!! We have a one of the biggest backyards in Avalon and one house off the inlet beach! No property around us "rents" - all are owned by families who don't rent. We are the only "non-conforming rental" there. We are also 2 short blocks from the recreation center with tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and fields. Great for kids as well as adults and senior citizens. Very reasonable rent for Avalon and super location for all.
