  Punta Gorda is such a breath of air from the more crowded Gulf vacation towns. Yes, there are plenty of vacationers, but not as many as either north or south of PG. This home is down one of the side streets that has very little traffic. So it's quiet. And beautiful. The house itself can hold 10 people comfortably. There's 4 twin beds, 2 doubles, 1 queen and 1 king. And a huge dining table to accommodate all. The pool was a big hit with the kids. We did have a problem with the thermostat, but one quick call to the manager and someone was out to the house within the day to fix it. If you're looking for a large, quiet place, with plenty of room for two or three families, this is a great place. We really had a great time, and will be back.

  Everything about this house contributed to the best family vacation ever. This property surrounds a family with thoughtful amenities: lovely children's rooms, beautiful screened pool, a "cook's" kitchen, spacious master bedroom in a canal side setting. Views from the house are lushly tropical with water glimpses on three sides. Don't miss the farmers market in the little historical park in Punta Gorda on the weekend.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  Great vacation home. Four + bedrooms plus large den made for more then enough room for my families vacation consisting of 8 adults and 3 grandkids. The home was clean and well maintained and very kid friendly. Inside lots of toys and videos for the whole family. Outdoors was the best part. Large beautiful pool with hot tub, fenced in back yard for yard darts and horseshoes, all leading to a large concrete boat dock on a beautiful canal used for fishing and crabbing, equipment provided in the two car garage which was stocked with outdoor and athletic gear. We walked to Charlotte harbor most nights to watch the beautiful sunsets, only a half block away. Home was minutes from Fishermans Village, a restaurant and shopping village and minutes from downtown Punta Gorda with great pubs(Celtic Ray and the Ice house) and great restaurants. Also great parks for kids of all ages. The owners were wonderful to deal with, the whole process was painless. We are already planning the next get together.

  This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our needs. We were in Punta Gorda for a family wedding and we were only about 2 miles away from all the activities. We had three of our adult children traveling with us along with their wives and 3 young children. This home had everything that you would ever think you would need! The first thing the boys found was the room FULL of toys! We had more then enough beds for everyone including a playpen for the baby. The pool was definitely used and they provided a bunch of pool toys in the garage! The master bedroom/bathroom was absolutely beautiful. We had never rented a home before and now I am sold! Not sure I will vacation again any other way! Thank you so much!

  This home is the perfect location for a vacation in Punta Gorda. It is literally 3 minutes from the dock to the River for great fishing, casual or fine dining and overall boating paradise! All necessary shopping is withing 10 minutes also! We played 3 local golf courses and would highly recommend Kingsway Country Club in Port Charlotte. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from the house and is absolutely gorgeous! The property itself is well maintained and overall a FUN place to stay. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation rental. We had a blast!

  Just got back from our stay at this lovely home. We had a wonderful experience. The home is very roomy and open. The waterway behind the home led to so great fishing and interesting catches. Very quiet neighbor hood with beautiful scenery. The sunsets were gorgeous and the morning walks refreshing. Enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the spa. The owners were great to work with. Loved the home.
