Sugar Beach Landing can be found just off Hwy 30A, in a beach community called Dune Allen . Located on Oyster Lake and just across the Scenic 30A beach road from the gulf, you are able to see the gulf from almost every room, and the access is a very easy walk.
THis adorable Old Florida beach type cottage has all the perks of a new home, but the feel of Old Florida. When you sit out on the porch and listen to the frogs in the lake, and hear the surf of the gulf right across the street, you will experience what a vacation is all about.
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, opens onto a screened porch overlooking the lake and dock. The living room opens onto a covered porch which also overlooks the lake and the peacefulness of the water will push your blood pressure down.
On the main floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath and on the second floor are two bedrooms , one with a king bed and the other with a queen, each with their own bath. This 3 bedroom and 3 bath house is quite comfortable. The third floor loft holds a queen futon sofa/bed, as well as 4 walls of natural light and the house's third deck which gives a panoramic view of sunsets over the gulf.
There are tons (15-20) of small restaurants within 4 miles of the house on Hwy 30A or on Hwy 98. You will also find quiet
out of the way spots, such as Grayton Beach and Seaside which are only minutes away.
A small and interesting little shop area is just biking distance away where you can enjoy a cup of coffee at My Daddy's Cheesecake, or an ice cream at Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor.
This is a great spot for you to start your family memories

This house was a great place to stay. Just a short walk across the street to the beach, wonderful views from all over the house. It's located between Seaside and Sand Destin - just a short drive to both. The house was very clean, comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We will be back!! Thank you, Atlatna, GA
