Beautifully designed vacation villa. Single story access with a 300 sq.ft. deck along the front. Why stay in a small hotel room when you can stay in our spacious 1500 sq.ft. newly remodeled villa. New kitchen with breakfast bar, seats four, in drawer ironing board for you convince, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and any small appliance that you might need.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a love seat that opens to a twin sleeper. The master bath has been newly remodeled and there are plenty of clean fresh towels as needed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the connecting bath has also been newly remodeled. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. Also available is a pack n play for a small baby.
The great room is quite large with vaulted beamed ceilings with two fans for good air circulation. Porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, foyer, dining room and both baths. New air conditioner and furnace. The sofa also opens to a queen bed for additional sleeping.
There are two TV's and a VCR. A small video library available for your use. There are sliding glass doors accessing the great room and master bedroom onto the deck. Also a book library for your enjoyment is available,help your self and if you are not finished when you leave feel free to take it with you.
The deck is set up with table and chairs, 2 lounges, chair and ottoman, built in bench for more seating and a new gas grill.
There are 5 pools in the area to use and you are only a seven minute walk from the beach. Provided for your convenience are beach chairs, towels and toys. You can use the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service that will take you anywhere in Palmetto Dunes.

We like the central location of Palmetto Dunes because it is situated close to the longest stretch of beach on the island.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We enjoy the warm weather and the sunshine sometimes by sitting on our 300sq. ft. deck for breakfast. The pools and beach are within walking distance as is the general store, golf and tennis.
5 small pools close to the villas and 1 larger pool at the club house a 5 minute walk away.
Handy for many of your needs, soft serve ice cream, papers, take out lunches, t-shirts and gifts.

We loved Hilton Head the first time we were there so we had the opportunity to purchase our lovely villa in 1994. We have since remodeled the kitchen and both the baths. We enjoy it so much we wanted to share our experience with others and so we rent it at a reasonable rate.

This villa has literally everything you need and things you didn't think you'd need but did! The whole place has such soothing colors, it just makes you want to lounge, but of course, the ocean is the reason you go here! (Well, OUR reason anyway!) We drove to the beach everyday and parked at Disney. No problem ever getting a parking place. We loved playing miniature golf at Pirates Island. The best places we ate were The Smokehouse, Logan's Roadhouse, and Giuseppe's. We absolutely did not like the Hilton Head Diner. I appreciate the Dane's and the great place they have. I would love to visit again next year!

Second year in a row staying in this condo, and my review from last year still does not quite encompass how well supplied this unit is along with it's cleanliness. I am thoroughly impressed by the meticulous care and pride that these owners show in their condo. A supply closet is filled with a number of beach chairs along with an easy to use beach cart for carrying your things to the beach. Kitchen is impeccable, along with the bathrooms and the water pressure in showers is much better than most places I have stayed. When we left, my family and I were already planning our return to HHI and hopefully a third year in a row in this very same condo!

My family and I just styed in this unit week of June 12-19. I can honestly say that it is one of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in while vacationing in HHI. We have visited now 13 times with our 2 daughters; so we have a number of experiences of staying in different areas of the Island. We continue to choose Palmetto Dunes for it's proximity to all activities outside of Palmetto Dunes as well as the activities inside of Palmetto Dunes. Unit was well organized and the brand new washer/dryer set made my wife jealoous as she wishes we had similar style units; they are stacked and energy savers! Proximity to any of 6 pools within Queen's Grant is merely a 2-5 minute walk depending on which pool you decide. The walk to the beach is also no more than 5-10 minutes; depending on how much you are carrying with you. We experienced 1 small problem during our stay and that was with the front lock on door; owners quickly had a locksmith come out that worked around our schedule instead of us having to sit and wait; what a convenience. Owners of this unit are very conciensous about making your stay in their condo the best it can be by providing up to date amenities and the cleanest unit around.

My husband and I (along with our 4 year old grandson) really enjoyed this Villa! This place has every thing! I brought the Wii and the batteries died in the handheld controller. I thought to look around and yes there were AA batteries in a drawer in the kitchen. I wonder if there would be clips for chip bags and found those too. I wonder if there was a step stool for my grandson to reach the bathroom sink and found it in the closet in the second bedroom. One day my grandson found the pool toys and exclaimed this place has everything! I replaced the batteries I found and came to realize my grandson was right this place lacks nothing. I enjoyed the chance to read two book and read to my grandson from the childrens book that was on the book shelf every night. The only thing I missed was having a TV in the second bedroom. This is in a great location with two pools close by and at the time we went we had the pool all to ourselves. The Dane's were really great people to work with and we had a wonderful time and hope to come again next year!
