The main level features a fully stocked gourmet granite kitchen open to the dining area that seats 8 and living room with river rock fireplace as well as the family room complete with pool table, great for entertaining and family get-together's.
Upstairs are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size and one queen size beds, all linens, towels and mattresses are new and super comfortable.
The house is located close to the bottom of little cottonwood canyon, approximately 9 miles from Snowbird and Alta, walking distance to UTA Bus system and Ski Bus to Snowbird/Alta. Restaurants and shopping are also within a 10 minute walk.
Big cottonwood canyon and Ski areas of Solitude, Brighton, the Canyons, Park City etc. are all within a short driving distance.
*Ask us for assistance with ski passes and Ski Utah Super Pass, valid in all ski areas for as little as $59 per Day.
The home is owned by a professional skier with 25 years experience in the snowbird/alta area who is available by reservation to take you skiing and apres-skiing like the locals do.
