Iya, thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable. The house is big, beautiful, clean and had everything we could have needed. We were there for a wedding in Jupiter, which was only 20 minutes away. We found a trail to run and walk on just down the road. We saw an armidillo, 2 racoons, deer, and 5 ferel hogs! We went to Juno Beach, it was only 20 minutes away. It's a very nice beach, not crowded and there is free parking. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and relatives!! Thanks again!!!

Iya, I enjoyed my short stay. The house was lovely and felt like home. It's a vacation dream house with plenty of room for your family. Iya thank you for being so understanding with my family crisis. I am looking forward to my next trip. For anyone that is thinking about vacation and enjoyment, this is the place.

Amazing Home

My family and I, a group of 10, have just returned from a two week stay in this home. The house is 5 star and includes everything you could wish for: utensils, pots and pans - everything. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Everything is high end and high quality. The house is huge, you never feel like you are crowded and it is spotlessly clean. For us, the location was great as we are familiar with the area. We would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this fabulous home. We hope to be back.

Good morning Iya. We are back in montreal.. We would have stayed longer. Both of our families had a great vacation at your house ..The house was splendid, place impecable, the quiet and warm-hearted neighborhood. Very nice vacancy, the sun was always there at the beach .... And communication with you was very easy and quick. Iya, my daughters and two grandchildren loved your place! You were so quick to respond to every request and question we had. Not every VRBO owner is as friendly as you are. We would love to stay there again in the near future. We felt very safe and comfortable there. Thanks again.

"This was the second year my three golf buddies and I rented the house for our Florida golf trip. The house is beautiful and the management is very accommodating. Sorry for the late response. Here is my posting - Iya - Our West Palm Beach vacation was great.....thank you so much! Checking into the house was so easy. When we got there, it was so clean and nicely appointed. All of the beds were so comfortable, we even sneaked a peek at the kind of mattresses they were!! The bathrooms were gorgeous! Loved the big kitchen and huge BBQ grill outside. There were plenty of comfy places to sit on the porch around the pool too - what a great place!

Dear Iya: I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our very special week in Florida, due in large part to your beautiful home. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving and my father's 86th birthday and the house was the perfect venue for the entire family. We had my parents, my sister and her family, and my two brothers and their families, as well as my grown children and my grandson all for dinner on both days and the house had plenty of room and all the amenities of home. Each adult commented on your home and the room and the layout being so conducive to this large group spreading out. It was such a perfect place. Doing the birthday in a home and not at a country club or restaurant made it so much easier for dad and for all of us. He brought his portable oxygen and even had room for him to put up his feet on your comfortable chair. Everyone took pictures with him on the chair! Thank you also for taking such good care of us. I called on the day before Thanksgiving at noon to tell you the upstairs air unit was not working and you had it fixed within two hours. Amazing!!!!! I don't know that we have ever had such service before. We will certainly recommend your house to all our friends, although I hope they don't want it when we do! I look forward to my mother's 85th birthday now. I was worrying about everyone congregating and staying in hotels, etc., and not having a place to celebrate. I will not worry anymore. You helped make this very special Thanksgiving and birthday even more special. Our thanks Jim and Mary Ellen Foye

Good morning Iya, My stay in West Palm was great. Your house was perfect. Convenient location, clean, big, and very cozy. Truly felt like a home away from home. I've told all my friends, that travel, about your house in West Palm Beach. I know I would not hesitate to stay there again. I meant to ask you earlier if you have any properties in Orlando or Miami.
