Hi Iya, a quick note to thank you for renting us this beautiful home. When you rent sight unseen you hope that it will be a positive experience. This large, comfortable, beautifully furnished home not only met but surpassed our expectations. The house was immaculate, the beds sooo comfortable & the kitchen was equipped with everything we could posibly need. My 3 granddaughters swam every day, the pool was wonderful & private. My husband, daughter, son, son-in-law, 3 granddaughters & myself spent a delightful 2 weeks in WPB thanks to you. We would love to rent again in the future as we visit WPB almost every year and this is the nicest home we have ever rented. Thank you again for being so responsive to our needs, you were a pleasure to work with.

Perfect Home for family gathering

Iya, first of all, you are wonderful to work with! Next, the home was everything we hoped for and more. So lovely and spacious! Even BETTER than the photos. Our family was able to spread out and have plenty of personal space, while the open living/dining/family rooms and kitchen were perfect for a gathering place. The yard, pool and patio are perfect. Parking available for 5 cars, which is hard to find. All is new and clean and welcoming. Many thanks for working with us to make a most delightful and affordable place to stay this week during our daughter's wedding. We hope to be back one day and can wholeheartedly recommend this home!

Iya, thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable. The house is big, beautiful, clean and had everything we could have needed. We were there for a wedding in Jupiter, which was only 20 minutes away. We found a trail to run and walk on just down the road. We saw an armidillo, 2 racoons, deer, and 5 ferel hogs! We went to Juno Beach, it was only 20 minutes away. It's a very nice beach, not crowded and there is free parking. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and relatives!! Thanks again!!!

Iya, I enjoyed my short stay. The house was lovely and felt like home. It's a vacation dream house with plenty of room for your family. Iya thank you for being so understanding with my family crisis. Amazing Home

My family and I, a group of 10, have just returned from a two week stay in this home. The house is 5 star and includes everything you could wish for: utensils, pots and pans - everything. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Everything is high end and high quality. The house is huge, you never feel like you are crowded and it is spotlessly clean. For us, the location was great as we are familiar with the area. We would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this fabulous home. We hope to be back.

Good morning Iya. We are back in montreal.. We would have stayed longer. Both of our families had a great vacation at your house ..The house was splendid, place impecable, the quiet and warm-hearted neighborhood. Very nice vacancy, the sun was always there at the beach .... And communication with you was very easy and quick. Iya, my daughters and two grandchildren loved your place! You were so quick to respond to every request and question we had. Not every VRBO owner is as friendly as you are. We would love to stay there again in the near future. We felt very safe and comfortable there. Thanks again.

"This was the second year my three golf buddies and I rented the house for our Florida golf trip. The house is beautiful and the management is very accommodating. Sorry for the late response. Here is my posting - Iya - Our West Palm Beach vacation was great.....thank you so much! Checking into the house was so easy. When we got there, it was so clean and nicely appointed. All of the beds were so comfortable, we even sneaked a peek at the kind of mattresses they were!! The bathrooms were gorgeous! Loved the big kitchen and huge BBQ grill outside. There were plenty of comfy places to sit on the porch around the pool too - what a great place!

Dear Iya: I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our very special week in Florida, due in large part to your beautiful home. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving and my father's 86th birthday and the house was the perfect venue for the entire family. We had my parents, my sister and her family, and my two brothers and their families, as well as my grown children and my grandson all for dinner on both days and the house had plenty of room and all the amenities of home. Each adult commented on your home and the room and the layout being so conducive to this large group spreading out. It was such a perfect place. Doing the birthday in a home and not at a country club or restaurant made it so much easier for dad and for all of us. He brought his portable oxygen and even had room for him to put up his feet on your comfortable chair. Everyone took pictures with him on the chair! Thank you also for taking such good care of us. I called on the day before Thanksgiving at noon to tell you the upstairs air unit was not working and you had it fixed within two hours. Amazing!!!!! I don't know that we have ever had such service before. We will certainly recommend your house to all our friends, although I hope they don't want it when we do! I look forward to my mother's 85th birthday now. I was worrying about everyone congregating and staying in hotels, etc., and not having a place to celebrate. I will not worry anymore. You helped make this very special Thanksgiving and birthday even more special. Our thanks Jim and Mary Ellen Foye

Iya, Your home was absolutely beautiful and as described. Our entire family was so comfortably accommodated! I couldn't get over how quiets and private each and every bedroom was! the kitchen could be described as well appointed and gormet for sure! Hello Iya, Thanks again for the rental of your property. After finding your property the transaction was very easy to execute and the house was excellent. I had 3 friends for a local golf tournament and not only was it more cost effective then getting a hotel room we all had separate bedrooms and the pool and grill made it feel like home. Iya, What an awesome house! Our family had a wonderful visit together. The accommodations were great! The common area is quite inviting, and with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, all of us had plenty of private space, too. The pool/patio is also so very comfortable. We found the supply of towels, dishes, etc. to be adequate and easy to find. Everything about this experience was positive...from the first communication until we pulled out of the driveway! Thanks, Iya, you helped to make our celebration so comfortable and memorable! Thanks, too, for returning the deposit, I will let you know when it arrives. Thanks again for everything, Brenda

Vrbo listing 191371 Rental date February 2009 This property was rented for 6 golfers based on location and property description. The house is in great shape, and with 6 bedrooms, was perfect for our group of 6 men. It would also be perfect for a number of couples since it has 2 kings and 3 queens all in separate bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area is huge, and two of the bedrooms and a bath are on the upper floor with a lounging area between them. The heated pool was a great addition, and a nice relaxation spot after golf. The house is located in a gated community of other luxury houses and is about 15 minutes from City Place. Communication with the owner was timely, professional and pleasant. I would recommend this property to anyone, and in fact, two other groups of friends have been there based on our suggestion.

Hello, the house was everything we hoped for. It was spacious enough, that we didn't fell crowded plus the pool was great also. It was warm all the time and we really just enjoyed ourselves being away from the kids. We also had all the supplies we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your home.
