This three bedroom, newly decorated condominium is located on the fourth floor and is the west-end unit with a view of the beautiful emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit offers a private master suite with king-size bed and adjoining full bath, full kitchen, breakfast bar and large living room with queen-size sofa sleeper.
Upstairs is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 3 twin beds, perfect for the kids. Full bath upstairs and all linens are provided. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo for your use. We also provide high-speed internet.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It has 3 bedrooms that sleeps nine and is perfect for large families or couples (kids love the loft area). We are on the top floor of our building and have a partial view of the beach. Maravilla is a great family complex with 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court and a small exercise facility. The unit is always nice and clean.
