Waterfront beach house on the bay, approximately 1/2 mile to beach in quiet family-oriented community on Ocean City, MD - Delaware border. Clean and well maintained. Room for maximum of 16 people. Lower level has 3 bedrooms (with queen beds) and 1 full bathroom. Upstairs loft has 1 full bathroom, 3 queen beds and 2 full beds.

New kitchen, sun room, carpet, furniture. Cable TV and DVD in living room and master bedroom. Row boat available. Feel free to bring your own boat or wave runner. Five car maximum parking.

All beds have mattress pads, pillows and comforters. You need to bring bed sheets and pillow cases, bath/beach towels. Don't forget your toothbrush!

We do NOT have a telephone or an internet connection.

2:00 pm check-in, 10:00 am check-out. Please no pets or smoking. References available upon request.
