Come stay in one of my beachfront condominiums on the most beautiful beach in the world and soak up those sun rays. Our family owns three 3-bedroom and one 1-bedroom luxuriously large condominiums at the Regency Towers Resort Condominium, 5801 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL.
--Three 3-bedroom condominiums (1,450 sq ft) - 1st, 2nd, 8th floors
--One 1-bedroom unit (1,000 sq ft) - 2nd floor (right next door to our 3-bedroom condo)
All our condominiums directly face the Gulf of Mexico (south view) and offer an outstanding view of the beach and the pools. You may catch the dolphins at play or enjoy a relaxing dinner on your private balcony while watching the sunset. The balcony is accessible through sliding glass doors from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The 3-bedroom condominiums are fabulously large, have a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room, living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms, 2 queen beds in the third bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The condos have free WiFi, flat panel TVs and DVDs in the living room and bedrooms. Each condo has a washer/dryer for your use. All bedding and towels provided.
The 1-bedroom condominium is spacious (1,000 sq ft) with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 full bathrooms. It has a king bed in the master bedroom, one of the sofas in the living room makes into a queen-size sleeper, and 2 queen-size air mattresses (w/pump) are provided. There are TVs and DVDs in both the living room and master bedroom. There is a washer/dryer for your use. All bedding and towels provided.
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, a gorgeous hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, 2 lighted tennis courts, an area to play basketball, shuffleboard courts, and exercise facilities. There are gas and charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use. This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at the snack shop by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking is free, and free RV and boat parking is also available. Karoake entertainment is provided in the summer.
Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced too.
Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's a beautiful vacation destination with sugar-white sandy beaches and a wide variety of golf courses.

Why the Owner Chose Regency Towers
I have been to beaches all over the world and there are none that compare with Panama City Beach. The soft white sandy beach is never hot on the feet, there are no broken shells or coral to cut your feet, the waves are gentle, and the water temperature is delightful. I also like that the beach is not so crowded as many other areas I have been. Panama City Beach is great for 'family vacations' (which is what I like!), but has many exciting places for the the young adult crowd to gather and make new friends,
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I like being at the most beautiful beach in the world and still being in the continental United States where I can drive my own car, watch my favorite TV shows, shop at my usual stores, and feel very safe. Plus, there are so many fun things to do and great places to eat in Panama City Beach -- and nothing is more than 10 miles away!

Hello, our family lives in Minnesota. We started spending 'Spring Break' vacations in Panama City Beach in the late 1970's. Now we don't feel any year is complete unless we can sink our toes into the pure white sandy beaches and splash in the gentle emerald water at Panama City Beach. My children and grandchildren consider a week at the beach to be the 'best'! I can't wait to get up in the morning, get my coffee and book, and head out to my private balcony and start enjoying the idyllic calmness of beach life!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we loved it. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The layout and large rooms are great for a large family and the view from the oceanfront balcony is beautiful. When we had a minor problem (the microwave quit working) I was able to contact Carole right away and the maintenance man was there shortly after. We had a great time and we plan to stay here again next year.

My family & friends had a wonderful vacation this summer at Regency Towers. The condo was clean and spacious. We have stayed at Regency Towers multiple times but room 106 was by far the nicest room we've ever stayed in. We will definetly rent from this owner again!!!

We have stayed at the Regency Towerrs for three years in a row. We have had great experiences every time. We have stayed in a different condo of Caroles each year. All of the condos were beautiful and roomy. The beach front views are fantastic and the amenities are exceptional. There is a great family atmosphere and the kids have had a blast. Thanks for making our family vacations great!!!

Excellent place to stay. Had a lot of fun and the place was fabulous! Clean and nice inside, would stay again, we stayed before spring break and for the most part the place was nice and quiet, which is what we were looking for. We liked the fact that it was so close to the gulf and just a very short walk to the waters edge. You can't beat the view either.Definitely worth the trip!!! The owner stays in constant contact if there are any problems, which the only one I noticed that was any problem was the screen had come undone and she responded within hours. Highly recommended!!!

This was our second year staying at this property. We absolutley love it. Something for everyone. New hot tub is amazing and beautiful. Banana boat, jet skis and parasail rides right on beach. Condo very comfortable and kitchen equipment well stocked. Karaoke on the weekends really fun. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Carole is very easy to work with and communicate with. Had one little maintenance issue but called Carole and was taken care of very quickly. Wonderful family vacation!!!

This is a beautiful condo that has 3 large bedrooms and a million dollar view. This 3 bedroom unit is bright, well lit and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Two of the bedrooms have brand new carpeting. There is tile flooring throughout the livingroom, halls and kitchen area. In addition to the living room tv there are tv's in all 3 bedrooms. Upon our arrival we found a clean unit. We had a problem with the dryer in the unit that was promptly handled by the owner after we contacted her. This is a great unit to stay in at Panama City Beach. Some of our favorite eating places include - Triple Js, Shrimp Boat, Capt Andersons, Salt Water Grill Andy's Flour Power Bakery for breakfast and our favorite BBQ places are Salty Sues and Outlaw BBQ.

We stayed in the 3 brdm, second floor, for a week in April. This condo's location was one of the most convenient. Next to the stairs, only one flight. It was above the quiet pool and next to shuffleboard and tennis, which my kids enjoyed! The second floor allows privacy, which we had thought first floor would be nice but, first floor does not have privacy. I loved the space inside the condo and the layout. We slept with the patio doors open at night and woke to sound of the waves and of course, the morning doves. I miss that master bedroom!!
