Great one bedroom condo. Very clean,it had every thing in it that we needed. The owner was very helpful in providing lots of information about the area. We loved the nice sandy beaches. We met a lot of nice people. We would sure consider staying here again. Maybe two months instead ove one.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

2nd floor condo was great for our family!! Easy to get to the beach and pool, well stocked kitchen to include crock pots. Plenty of room for the six of us to move around. The in room washer and dryer were an added bonus. The owner was so easy to work with. We would definitely go back here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The Regency Towers is a great place to stay in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is ideally located near many attractions, but still has a very quiet, relaxing beach. The condo's themselves had great furnishings and beautiful views of the Gulf. I could not have been happier with my stay there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The unit was everything we were expecting. It was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. If any problems arose the owner was easily reachable and provided a solution. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities available at the Regency Towers including the heated pool, hot tub and the social activities. We loved the proximity of the beach for walking. It was like home away from home.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
Owner response: It was delightful having you as a winter guest, and I'm so glad you've decided to rent from me again in 2013. The 'snowbird' program at the Regency Towers Resort is one of the best (and certainly most social) of any in Panama City Beach!

Enjoyed this condo for the winter; colorfully decorated, well-appointed kitchen, great balcony views. Owner very helpful with anything that came up; always easy to contact and very easy to work with. Great beach and heated pool at this property; newly re-opened snack shop and now-open gift shoppe as well. Gated community, security very attentive. Great family atmosphere.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we loved it. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The layout and large rooms are great for a large family and the view from the oceanfront balcony is beautiful. When we had a minor problem (the microwave quit working) I was able to contact Carole right away and the maintenance man was there shortly after. We had a great time and we plan to stay here again next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Oh my, how I wish I had scrolled down to the bottom of the page long before now! Although it was last summer that we stayed at The Regency Towers, I just wanted to write to say that it is a wonderful place! We rented a three bedroom on the second floor, and the first thought that comes to mind is breath taking! It has a wonderful view of the beach/pool, and very peaceful! As the condo itself is beautifully decorated, it is also very well equipped with everything you need! Basically, a home away from home! My family and I have been coming to PCB for many years, and this by far has been our best experience. As I read in one of the other reviews, about having a problem. We did also with the outlets in the bathrooms not working, and the same as the other person had stated, I was able to contact Carol right away, and she had a maintenance man there in no time. Over all ~The Regency Towers is a very nice resort for all, and if you rent from Carol, then you are sure to have a wonderful stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family & friends had a wonderful vacation this summer at Regency Towers. The condo was clean and spacious. We have stayed at Regency Towers multiple times but room 106 was by far the nicest room we've ever stayed in. We will definetly rent from this owner again!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent place to stay. Had a lot of fun and the place was fabulous! Clean and nice inside, would stay again, we stayed before spring break and for the most part the place was nice and quiet, which is what we were looking for. We liked the fact that it was so close to the gulf and just a very short walk to the waters edge. You can't beat the view either.Definitely worth the trip!!! The owner stays in constant contact if there are any problems, which the only one I noticed that was any problem was the screen had come undone and she responded within hours. Highly recommended!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed at the Regency Towerrs for three years in a row. We have had great experiences every time. We have stayed in a different condo of Caroles each year. All of the condos were beautiful and roomy. The beach front views are fantastic and the amenities are exceptional. There is a great family atmosphere and the kids have had a blast. This was our second year staying at this property. We absolutley love it. Something for everyone. New hot tub is amazing and beautiful. Banana boat, jet skis and parasail rides right on beach. Condo very comfortable and kitchen equipment well stocked. Karaoke on the weekends really fun. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Carole is very easy to work with and communicate with. Had one little maintenance issue but called Carole and was taken care of very quickly. Wonderful family vacation!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a beautiful condo that has 3 large bedrooms and a million dollar view. This 3 bedroom unit is bright, well lit and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. Two of the bedrooms have brand new carpeting. There is tile flooring throughout the livingroom, halls and kitchen area. In addition to the living room tv there are tv's in all 3 bedrooms. Upon our arrival we found a clean unit. We had a problem with the dryer in the unit that was promptly handled by the owner after we contacted her. This is a great unit to stay in at Panama City Beach. Some of our favorite eating places include - Triple Js, Shrimp Boat, Capt Andersons, Salt Water Grill Andy's Flour Power Bakery for breakfast and our favorite BBQ places are Salty Sues and Outlaw BBQ.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We stayed in the 3 brdm, second floor, for a week in April. This condo's location was one of the most convenient. Next to the stairs, only one flight. It was above the quiet pool and next to shuffleboard and tennis, which my kids enjoyed! The second floor allows privacy, which we had thought first floor would be nice but, first floor does not have privacy. I loved the space inside the condo and the layout. We recently stayed the the three one bedroom condos owned by Carole. We were very pleased. The condos were beautiful, clean and well equipped. The view was awesome. I would love to stay here again.
