Our peaceful home offers unobstructed breathtaking views, beautiful ocean vistas, Bali Hai mountain views, Hanalei Bay, awesome mountains with distant waterfalls, and verdant fairways of the St Regis Princeville golf course.
Walls of glass in the spacious living, dining and master suite look out upon forever vistas and lush foliage. Relax in wonder looking at the breathtaking views of the sunset over Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. Step into this home and be awed by spectacular views which few properties can provide!
Our non-smoking home has four bedrooms and sleeps eight and offers ample space to unwind or gather with your family and friends. In addition to 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is a huge living area, dining room, breakfast room, large goumet kitchen, entertainment room,, office with wi fi, and large laundry room. The interior is lovely with a spacious private master suite on the main floor with panoramic views. Three bedrooms upstairs, each with ocean views and private lanais ‘decks’.
The entire main living area has sweeping views. The den has an entertainment center with a 46” flat screen lcd / hd / dvr / tv with cable and a stereo system with a cd player.
Dine on our teak dining table which seats 10. Prepare meals in newly remodeled gourmet kitchen fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Sub zero refrigerator, gaggenau cook top, all new stainless steel appliances.
The house has 4 separate lanais and an outdoor gas grill for dining by the lily pond.
Beaches? Walk down the road to the St Regis Princeville Resort beach or a short drive to Hanalei town which has many beautiful beaches. There is world class golf minutes away. Many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping around the corner.
The luxury Princeville spa and health club with gym, exercise classes, spa and pool can be enjoyed for a day use fee or weekly rate. For active vacationers hiking on the amazing Kalalau trail to view the Napali coast, surf Hanalei Bay, snorkeling, canoeing, zip lining, and golf! Kauai is truly a paradise.
The STUDIO is available for one or two and has the same amazing views as the big house. Spacious and a great place for a romantic get away. Enjoy the views and sunset on your private lanai.

What a wonderful time we've had! Your home exceeded our expectations and it will be hard to leave on Thursday...the solitude has been replenishing, the views spectacular, and the house so comfortable for us. We've enjoyed preparing meals in the GREAT kitchen and have also appreciated the proximity to some exceptionally good restaurants (Dolphin is our favorite because of the fish). Picking our own fruit was a special treat; best grapefruit ever! And the lemons---wow! Wandering around the garden was delightful. How often do all your senses get such a workout?? We really don't want to leave!! Our kids were blown away with the house and setting, and fell in love with Hanalei Bay. The surfing was a big hit with them. Family vacations stopped when they got into college and started working, but being together here helped us realize the importance of hanging with them, away from the distractions of home. We're a close family and live within 30 minutes of each other, but this place afforded us great opportunities to connect and enjoy each other. The house was absolutely ideal for that! We sat and talked, enjoyed your fun music/CD collection, gazed at the stars from the deck, drank in the view across the tree canopy to the sea as the songbirds serenaded us,...and thanked God for this gift and the memories we will cherish! We will be in touch when we get home. Someday, we hope to return---Hanalei Bay Overlook Villa is indeed a piece of heaven! Debbie and Ron P.S. from Ron: Your home is insane! We have just returned from Hawaii. I just want to let you know that we fell in love with your beautiful home. The views were the best possible! The space worked wonderfully well for my family. Plenty of individual privacy, yet great places to gather. The kitchen allowed everyone to cook at once.

ZEN LIKE RTREAT! When you walk into this home the first thing that hits you is this sense of Serenity as you look out the floor to ceiling windows that overlook the surrounding jungle, and the majestic Hanalei Bay with Bali Hai mountain jutting up behind it. The home is comfortable, well appointed, and quite large and all of the bedrooms have ocean views while two, (actually my favorite was one of these) of the upstairs bedrooms) has a jungle and mountain water fall view and is very romantic. The master retreat is very romantic, with the same magical jungle, bay and mountain views as the living room (the entire wall opposite the bed is window). You feel as if you are sitting in the jungle as you take in the sights, sounds and aromas of this tropical oasis. All of the bedrooms have outdoor patios and sitting areas. One of our favorite things to do was to have our fresh papaya and banana breakfast sitting on the patio. The North shore of Kaua’i is like taking a step back in time. It is one of the most beautifully lush tropical paradises you will ever see. You will not find a chain restaurant or sprawling resort anywhere! The beaches on the North Shore are simply beautiful. All unique, some of them harder to find then others, but truly stunning in their natural beauty! The swimming and snorkeling are fantastic. The sunsets from this home are truly “an event”, not to be missed! The sky is an ever changing canvass that unfolds in a multitude of orange, red, and purples before you, like watching a fireworks show, minus the noise with only the mysterious sounds of the jungle as night approaches. We stayed in the amazing home for a month last summer and enjoyed every spacious moment. From the livingroom you feel like you are floating above the tree tops with expansive views of Bali Hai, lush greenery and the ocean. Sunsets from you couch can't be beat! All the rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The Master Bedroom was very large with the bonus of waking up to a view of the ocean. The large, brand new contemporary kitchen was a fantastic. One of our favorite attributes was that it is not in the heart of Princeville. A quick drive takes you to Foodland or Hanalei. Not a single thing I would change. OK..a jacuzzi would've been ideal, but now I am being greedy! ;-)
