The Summit Condominiums are located directly on the beach and all the units feature large private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 swimming pools, 2 children's pools, 2 large outdoor hot tubs and 1 indoor hot tub. Also, an arcade room, exercise center, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, dry saunas (both his & hers), Bikini Bob's restaurant, Convenience store/Ice Cream shop, and poolside tiki bar.
Free use of internet on computers provided by the Summit in the lobby area or connect to free WIFI using your own computer in your condo. Great beach and location.

Great condo for a great price!

I was skeptical at first since I had never rented a condo from a private owner before, but I can assure you that I did not experience any of these problems during my stay. Some of the things in the room are getting old and there are scratches on the counter tops and mirrors, etc. but that is nothing that will make your stay "less enjoyable". They are located right behind the Summit and were very helpful once we got there. We got there a little early and they even held our luggage for us and then promptly called me when the room was clean. I will be going back next year! @Mark: It's Brad! I'm really sorry for all of the questioning and badgering towards you via email before our stay. I was very pleased when we got there!!!! I will be looking to book the same room again next spring break, this time with far fewer questions! Promise! lol Thanks mark!

"Pull out bed had multi-missing springs. Room was dirty. Multi broken handles and towel rings. No toiletries on arrival Shower was dirty. Trash left in room from previous tenant. Washer and dryer did not work properly. Only good things were the owners were nice about setting up reservations and units location.
Owner response:Unfortunately, this guest arrived at noon and occupied the unit prior to housekeeping completing their cleaning of the unit. We have a 4pm check-in time for a reason and arriving 4 hours early was the root cause of their dissatisfactions. Housekeeping had to work around them and the unit was completed by 2pm. Of course a unit that hasn't been cleaned will have trash and no toiletries. I work at the property 7 days a week about 30 yards from the unit, and at no time did they tell me of a few missing bed springs - these were simply re-attached after their stay. Additionally, the unit has no missing handles and does not have towel rings in the bathroom - they are not missing, we just choose not to have them as guests rip them out time and time again. Lastly, the new front loading washer and dryer worked fine, they were just unable to figure out the operation of the units. We do a great job with our condo and are there for the check-in of every guest. If you have any issue, just let us know and we'll correct it or assist you in figuring out things. We are available at the property every day, so complaining after-the-fact simply isn't a legitimate complaint.
